Bisher worden die Tanks mit starkem Gefälle nach der Bedienungsseite verlegt, um vorn einen tiefsten Entleerungspunkt und hinten und oben einen Luftraum zu erhalten. Über diesem Luftraum, der zur Ausscheidung der Gärungskolilensätire erforderlich ist und der nach der beschriebenen Ausführung hinten entsteht, werden die Armaturen angebracht.
Es sind bei dieser Anordnung jedoch die Armaturen nur schwer zugänglich und das Thermometer nur durch Hinaufklettern auf den Tank abzulesen, was umständlich und zeitraubend ist. Abgesehen davon ist auch ein spundvolles Füllen kaum möglich.
Diese Missstände werden durch die Erfindung beseitigt. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Tanks oben eine Blechausbauchung erhalten, in welche die Armaturen vorne an der erhöhten Stelle eingeschraubt werden. Zweckmässigerweise wird diese Ausbauchung am vorderen Ende in der Höhe des Tankgefülles gehalten, während sie zum anderen Ende des Tanks allmählich abfällt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solcher Tank dargestellt.

So far, the tanks have been relocated with a steep slope towards the service side in order to obtain a deepest emptying point at the front and an air space at the back and above. The fittings are attached above this air space, which is required for the elimination of the fermentation colloids and which is created at the rear according to the design described.
In this arrangement, however, the fittings are difficult to access and the thermometer can only be read by climbing up onto the tank, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. Apart from that, a bulky filling is hardly possible.
These deficiencies are eliminated by the invention. The essence of the invention is that the tanks have a sheet metal bulge at the top, into which the fittings are screwed at the front at the raised point. This bulge is expediently held at the front end at the level of the tank filling, while it gradually drops towards the other end of the tank.
