In der östorr. Patentschrift Nr. 21853 ist ein Rohrbruchventil beschrieben,. dessen Sotbstschtusskörper, Hm sein Gewicht und seinen Hub zu verringern und trotzdem eine sichere Wirkung zu erzielen, auf einem hohlen Zapfen verschiebbar und durch das Druckmittol belastet ist.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung, welche bezweckt, diese Belastung des Selbstschlusskörpers durch das Druckmittel während der Schliessbewegung fortschreitend zu erhöhen und dadurch die Abschlussgeschwindigkeit zu verlangsamen. Diese Einrichtung besteht darin, dass an dem Selbstschlusskörper ein Dorn befestigt ist, welcher in die Bohrung des hohlen Zapfens hineinragt und während der Schliessbewegung den Ausströmquerschnitt fortschreitend vergrössert, im Gegensatz zu der Anordnung nach dem Stamm-Patente, bei welcher eine rasche Eröffnung dieses Querschnittes stattfindet.
