of great importance especially for the inlet valves, because at the beginning of the opening these / valves the greatest pressure occurs which has to be overcome by the regulator. By moving the thrust curve to the end of the lever b, it is also possible to assign this thrust curve to 'so that it comes to lie in the center line or almost in the center line of the valve spindle and that therefore the transmission of forces from the roller to the valve spindle on the shortest routes. Finally, the further advantage arises that the lever b can have small dimensions and thus the moving masses of the active control parts and the acceleration pressures are also very small.
In the arrangement shown in FIG. 4, the hump i is replaced by a hard steel ball 0, which is inserted between the two track plates p and pi, which are also hardened. The ball can also be replaced by a roller running on a bolt. Furthermore, the bolt a of the lever b can be replaced by other means, for example by cutting or the like.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Control for moving the valves, piston valves, piston slides of power machines by a one-armed, articulated lever, characterized in that the lever (b) carrying a shoe curve (d) by means of a hump (i) or an inserted ball (o) or a roller rests on a flat valve spindle surface perpendicular to the center line of the valve
