Fig. 2 einen Axialschnitt der Grobtriebachse nach Fig. 1.

Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment device for optical devices, in particular for microscopes
The subject matter of the invention relates to a coaxial coarse and fine adjustment for optical devices, in particular for microscopes, in which the fine drive axis is arranged in a coarse drive axis designed as a hollow shaft.
In the known devices of this type, the adjusting members are directly connected to the guide member of the device part to be adjusted by worm and gear drives. These designs require very careful and therefore expensive manufacture, especially the worm wheels

or not sufficiently avoided.
Furthermore, devices for coarse and fine adjustment in microscopes are known in which the adjustment of a microscope part can be effected with the aid of a cam disk and an angle lever or a toothed segment lever driven by a pinion. However, these versions have the
Disadvantage that the operating buttons for coarse and fine adjustment are arranged at different points on the device, which disadvantageously makes operation more difficult.
These deficiencies are avoided according to the invention if the moving elements causing the coarse and fine adjustment are assigned a common fixed axis on which an angle lever is pivotable and a pinion is loosely rotatable, which act on a common intermediate piece designed as a two-armed lever that is mounted in a cutting edge of the angle lever, one of which
End has a gear segment which is in engagement with the pinion and the other end of which moves a slide via a point-mounted push rod.
It is advantageous if the pinion assigned to the fine drive and rotatably mounted on the fixed axle meshes with a drive wheel fixed on the fine drive axle via a gear drive axle and if the coarse drive axle, which is designed as a single cranked crankshaft, via a preferably exchangeable cam disk and a lever system is advantageous acts on the fixed axis pivotably mounted angle lever.
Finally, an advantageous embodiment of this arrangement results when a segment lever is pivotably mounted on the fixed axis instead of the angle lever, at one end of which the intermediate piece is mounted in a cutter and the other end, designed as a gear segment, via a gear with one on the coarse drive shaft fixed drive wheel is in engagement. In this way it is possible to replace the cam disk for the transmission of the coarse movement by transmission means that are easier to manufacture.
To explain the invention, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically in FIGS. 1-4 of the drawing, u. 1 shows an arrangement with a coarse drive axis designed as a crankshaft and an angle lever pivotably arranged on a fixed axis which is jointly assigned to the coarse and fine drive. 2 shows an axial section of the coarse drive axis according to FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows a view of an arrangement in which the coarse drive shaft is firmly connected to a drive wheel and a segment is arranged on the fixed axis jointly assigned to the coarse and fine drive instead of the angle lever, and FIG FIG. 4 shows a plan view of an arrangement according to FIG. 3.
According to FIG. 1, a coarse drive shaft 1, designed as a single cranked crankshaft with hollow pins, with its eccentrically arranged, exchangeable cam disks 2 ', 3' screwed to the crank webs 2, 3 'acts via a rotatably mounted angle lever 4, which with a second one
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
fixed axis 5 rotatable angle lever 6 gelenldg is connected to an intermediate piece 7 designed as a lever.
At one end connected to the guide member 9 by a push rod 8, the intermediate piece 7 associated with the coarse and fine adjustment is mounted on a cutting edge 10 of the angle lever 6, while the other end is provided with a toothed wheel segment 11 which is concentric with the cutting edge bearing 10 is moved via a pinion 12 loosely arranged on the fixed axle 5 and a multiple gear reduction gear 13 from the fine drive axle 15 firmly connected to a drive wheel 14. The drive wheel 14 is expediently arranged between the crank webs 2 and 3 of the coarse drive axis 1, which is designed as a hollow shaft for mounting the fine drive axis 15.
The shape of the cam disks 2 'and 3' which controls the coarse adjustment is designed so that a delay occurs in the movement in the end positions, which enables a more precise adjustment, while an acceleration of movement in the central position allows a faster passage through the adjustment path.
This measure has proven to be very advantageous in particular for alternate observations in incident and transmitted light observations. With a suitable design of the curve shape of the exchangeable cam disks, however, a passage speed of the adjustment paths that is expediently constant in all positions for normal observations can easily be achieved. It is also easily possible to provide both types of curve control for the coarse adjustment on the device and this z. B. to bring optionally to effect by means of offset cams.
Two springs 16 and 17, which are fastened at one end to the guide member 9 and the other end to a base plate 18, keep the movement elements causing the adjustment in constant contact with the intermediate piece 7, which is jointly assigned to the coarse and fine adjustment, so that any deadlock is definitely avoided.
When the described setting device is actuated, the coarse setting is carried out by rotating the coarse drive axis 1, which is designed as a single cranked crankshaft according to FIG. which is articulated to a second angle lever 6 rotatable about a fixed axis 5, move an intermediate piece 7 designed as a lever which transmits the movement via a push rod 8 to the guide member 9 carrying the device part to be adjusted.
The fine adjustment is achieved by turning the fine drive axle 15, which is mounted in the hollow pin of the coarse drive axle 1, by means of a drive wheel 14 which is arranged between the crank webs 2 and 3 and is firmly connected to the fine drive axle 15, from which the movement is carried out via a multiple gear train 13 and a loose The pinion 12 seated on the axis 5 is transferred to a gear segment 11 of the intermediate piece 7, which is jointly assigned to the coarse and fine adjustment, and is transmitted from this via the push rod 8 to the guide member 9.
In an arrangement according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the pinion 12 serving to transmit the fine movement is loosely rotatable and a segment lever 19 assigned to the coarse drive is arranged pivotably on the fixed axis 5 jointly assigned to the coarse and fine movement elements, both on the intermediate piece designed as a segment lever 7 work. From the intermediate piece 7, the rough and fine movements are transmitted via the push rod 8 to the carriage 9 to be moved, which is under the action of two springs 16, 17 fastened to the base plate 18, which ensure a backlash-free movement transmission.
The fine movement is transmitted from the drive wheel 14, which is firmly connected to the fine drive shaft 15, via the gear train 13 to the pinion 12 and from there to the segment 11 of the intermediate piece 7, which is pivotably mounted in the cutter 10 'on one end 19 "of the segment lever 19 The coarse movement is transmitted from the drive wheel 23, which is fixedly connected to the coarse drive shaft 22, via a gear wheel 21 to a gear wheel segment 20 which is arranged at the other end 19 ′ of the segment lever 19.
