Bei der vorliegenden Konstruktion wird die Schlitzbreite beim Spanneu des Verschlusses eingestellt, ohne dass hiefilr ein besonderer Handgriff nötig wäre.
Der Verschluss kann überdies bei geöffnetem Kassettenschieber gespannt werden, da er mit geschlossenem Schlitz in seine Anfangsstellung gelangt.
Der an sich bekannte Verschluss besteht aus einem Tuchstreifen, in dessen Glitte sich ein der vollen Öffnung entsprechender Ausschnitt befrndet.
Das eine Ende dieses Streifens t ist oben auf der AufzugsweHe n und das andere Ende an der Fodcrwalzo b befestigt.

Die Klemmvorrichtung wird hiedurch etwas geöffnet und die Bänder g können ohne Behinderung durchleiten. Damit erfolgt das Schliessen des Schlitzes, indem die Leisten i und f wieder zusammentreffen.
Die Klemmvorrichtung befindet sich jetzt in der tiefsten Stellung auf dem Keil m.
Die Keilnäche steigt an dieser Stete stark an, so dass die Klemmvorrichtung bestrebt ist, selbsttätig ein kleines Stück zurückzugleiten.
Wird nun der Verschluss gespannt, dann geht die Klemmvorrichtung um dieses Stück mit in die Höhe, die Feder h tritt jetzt wieder so nahe an die Leiste f heran, dass sie die Bänder g erfasst, ehe ein Schlitz entsteht.
