Verfahren zur Herstellung oberflächlich gerauhter Sicherheitsverbundglasfolien
 EMI1.1

Process for the production of superficially roughened laminated safety glass films
 EMI1.1

Plasticizer content extruder process causes the film exiting the die to be roughened, provided that the liquids involved have boiling temperatures lower than the temperature of the film when it emerges from the extruder nozzle. The films produced in this way have roughened surfaces as soon as they exit the extruder nozzle, which means that the subsequent roughening that is otherwise necessary to enable perfect further processing into laminated glass is unnecessary.

You can preferably add water in order to keep the process costs as low as possible and take the added amount of liquid in the order of 3 to 150/0,
 EMI1.2
l: 4.5 parts of Wassercher-iPo lyvinylbutyral-Plastifikates necessary amount of plasticizer is emulsified and the emulsion is used to plasticize polyvinylbutyral. During further processing in the extruder above 1200, the plasticate produced in this way yields a polyvinyl butyral film which is roughened on the surface as it exits the extruder nozzle.

Example 2: 4.5 parts of water are homogeneously distributed in the amount of polyvinylibutyral necessary to produce 100 parts of a plasticizer polyvinyl butyral plasticate, and the mechanical mixture is plasticized with plasticizer. The plasticate is further processed as indicated in Example 1. EXAMPLE 3 6 parts of ethyl propionate are dissolved in the amount of plasticizer necessary to produce 100 parts of a plasticizer polyvinyl butyral plastic film, and the solution

follows as given in example í rq.

Example 4: 6 Te: 1 isooctane are used in the amount of plasticizer - 'required to produce 1 1 parts of a plasticizer polyvinyl butyral' plasticizer 'and the solution is used to plasticize P-vinyl butyral.

The plasticate is further processed as indicated in Example 1.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
