  Scharnier für emaillierte Kamintürchen. 



   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Neuerung bei Kamintürchen, welche an der Aussenseite emailliert sind und bezieht sich insbesondere auf die bei diesen Tlirchen zur Anwendung gelangenden Scharniere. 



   Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt ein mit der Neuerung ausgestattetes   Kaminturchen   in Ansicht, während in Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht, in Fig. 3 und 4 Schnitte nach   A-B   bezw.   C-D   der Fig. 1 dargestellt sind. 



   Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, wird das Scharnier zwischen dem an seiner Aussenseite emaillierten Ttircben a und dem nicht emaillierten Schwarzblechrahmen b dadurch gebildet, dass das Türblech an der betreffenden Kante der ganzen Länge nach eingerollt wird. Durch das hindurch gebildete Röhrchen c ist ein zweites, den Scharnierbolzen bildendes Röhrchen d gezogen, welches ober-und unterhalb des Türchens, an dem Türrahmen befestigte ringförmige   Lappen f durchgreift   und jenseits dieser Lappen bei h schwach umgebördelt ist. 



   Durch die eigenartige Formung des Scharnierbolzens als offenes Röhrchen, kann das behufs Befestigung desselben jenseits der Lappen h erfolgende   Umbördeln   mit geringem
Kraftaufwand erfolgen, so dass jede Beschädigung des   Emailüberzuges   vermieden wird.

   The subject of the present invention is an innovation in chimney doors which are enamelled on the outside and relates in particular to the hinges used in these doors.



   Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a chimney passage equipped with the innovation in view, while in Fig. 2 a plan view, in Fig. 3 and 4 sections A-B respectively. C-D of Fig. 1 are shown.



   As can be seen from the drawing, the hinge between the door a, which is enamelled on its outside, and the non-enamelled black plate frame b is formed in that the door plate is rolled along its entire length at the relevant edge. A second tube d, forming the hinge pin, is pulled through the tube c formed through it, which above and below the door engages through annular tabs f attached to the door frame and is slightly flanged beyond these tabs at h.

PATENT CLAIM: Hinge for enamelled chimney doors, in which the door panel is rolled up along one side edge along its entire length, characterized in that the hinge bolt is formed by a tube which above and below the small door comprises tabs attached to the door frame and is crimped at its ends lying beyond the lobes.
