Schalld'ämpfender Isolator für elektrische Leitungen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein schalldämpfender Isolator, welcher sich von den bis jetzt bekannt gewordenen Isolatoren mit Schalldämpfvorrichtungen dadurch unterscheidet, dass die Schalldämpfung der Leitnngsdrähte bezw. der Porzellanisolatoron wesentlich einfacher und leichter zu erzielen ist. dargestellten Ausführnngsform besteht der Schalldämpfer aus zwei Längsteilen 1 und 2, welche an ihren oberen Enden durch ein Scharnier 3 oder dgl. miteinander verbunden sind. Diese Hü) se ist sowhol an der Aussenseite wie auch zweckmässig an der Innenseite mit Gewinden versehen, von denen ersteres zum Aufschrauben der Isolatorglocke @ 5 auf die Hülse und letzteres zur Befestigung der Hülse auf dem Isolatorträger 4 dient.
Auf dem äusseren Umfange der Hülse sind unterhalb der Gewinde zwei oder mehrere Ansätze 7 angeordnet, die beim Aufschrauben der Isolatorglocke an die Innenwandung des Porzellanmantels angedrückt werden, um die Schwingungen des Porzellanmantels und dadurch das Tonen des Isolators hintanzuhalten. Die in Fig. 3 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 4 im Querschnitt nach/-B der Fig. 3 dargestellte Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von der vorbeschriebenen dadurch, dass die ebenfalls mit Ansätzen versehene Hülse einteilig ist und zwei der Länge nach verlaufende, lange Schlitze 6 besitzt, welche durch das konische Gewinde der Isolatorglocke zusammengepresst werden, wodurch eine sichere Be- fe@tigung der Isolatorglocke 5 herbeigefährt werden soll.
Die Vorteile dieser schalldämpfendon Hülse für Isolatoren bestehen darin, dass Befestigungsmittel, wie Hanf, Gips u. s. w. erspart worden und dass die Hülse bei Beschädigung des Porzellanmantels bezw. Isolators neuerdings wieder verwendet werden kann, da diosctbc fast unzerbrechlich ist.

The subject of the present invention is a sound-absorbing insulator, which differs from the insulators with sound-absorbing devices that have become known up to now in that the sound-damping of the Leitnngsdrraht BEZW. the porcelain insulator is much simpler and easier to achieve. The silencer shown consists of two longitudinal parts 1 and 2, which are connected to one another at their upper ends by a hinge 3 or the like. This sleeve is provided with threads on the outside as well as expediently on the inside, of which the former is used to screw the isolator bell @ 5 onto the sleeve and the latter is used to fasten the sleeve on the insulator carrier 4.
On the outer circumference of the sleeve, two or more lugs 7 are arranged below the thread, which are pressed against the inner wall of the porcelain jacket when the isolator bell is screwed on in order to prevent the porcelain jacket from vibrating and thereby preventing the isolator from sounding. The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 in longitudinal section and in Fig. 4 in cross section according to / -B of Fig. 3 differs from the above-described in that the sleeve, which is also provided with attachments, is in one piece and two lengthwise, long slots 6 possesses, which are pressed together by the conical thread of the isolator bell, whereby a safe fastening of the isolator bell 5 is to be brought about.
The advantages of this sound-absorbing sleeve for insulators are that fasteners such as hemp, plaster and the like. s. w. been spared and that the sleeve BEZW if the porcelain jacket is damaged. Isolator can recently be used again, as diosctbc is almost unbreakable.
