Description

  

  Isolierendes     Zwischenstüclz    für     Doppelzündeinrichtungen.       Die Erfindung ermöglicht, Normalzünd  kerzen für     Doppelzündvorrichtungen    zu ver  wenden.  



  Gegenstand der     Erfindung    ist ein isolie  rendes Zwischenstück mit einem im Zylinder  gehäuse     einschraubbaren    Einsatz, einem Iso  lierfutter und einer Kontakthülse, welche mit  einem Gewinde zur     Aufnahme    einer Normal  zündkerze versehen     ist.     



  Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei  spiel eines solchen Zwischenstückes im Längs  schnitt und punktiert angedeutet die Anord  nung der Zündkerzen.  



  Der hohle Einsatz a wird mit     seinem        (Ä'e-          windestutzen    im Zylinder l     eingeschraubt     und ist innen mit einem Futter aus     Tsolier-          material,    wie Speckstein oder     ,dergleichen.,     versehen, das aus der     Scheibe    b, der Dich  tungsscheibe c und dem Ring     d    zusammen  gesetzt ist.  



  Im letzteren befindet sich die Kontakt  hülse f, welche das Gewinde einer Normal  zündkerze z besitzt, so dass diese ohne wei  teres eingeschraubt werden kann. Durch  Dichtungsringe e, sowie durch die Dichtungs  scheibe c sind die Fugen zwischen den einzel  nen Teilen abgedichtet, um einen Kurzschluss    durch Feuchtigkeit zu verhindern. Zwischen  Kontakthülse f     und    Zündkerze z     ist    ein Ka  belschuh     eingeklemmt,    dessen Kabel     k    zur  zweiten Zündkerze z führt, die unmittelbar  im Zylindergehäuse     l    sitzt.  



  Der zur Einsatzzündkerze geleitete Funke  springt nach erfolgter erster Zündung infolge  der isolierten Lagerung .der     Zündkerze    auf  die Kontakthülse f über und wird von dieser       mittelst    des Kabels k zur zweiten Zündkerze  geleitet, von welcher er erst nach der zweiten  Zündung durch das Zylindergehäuse Z zum       Magnetapparat        zurückgeführt    wird. Auf       diese    Weise kann jede Normalzündkerze für       Doppelzündeinrichtungen    verwendet und da  durch eine erhebliche Vereinfachung und Ver  billigung erzielt werden.

  The spark routed to the insert spark plug jumps after the first ignition as a result of the insulated storage of the spark plug on the contact sleeve f and is routed from this by means of the cable k to the second spark plug, from which it is only returned to the magnet apparatus after the second ignition through the cylinder housing Z becomes. In this way, every normal spark plug can be used for double ignition devices and as a result of considerable simplification and reduction in price can be achieved.
