Gegenstand des Patentes Nr. 165481 ist ein Dosen-bzw. Gerätesteckergehäuse, dessen beide Hälften durch schwalbenschwanzförmige Ausbildung der sich berührenden Seiten nicht abhebbar ineinandergeschoben und mittels einer willkürlich lösbaren Fixiervorrichtung in der Gebrauchslage festgehalten werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung eines solchen Gehäuses, u. zw. derart, dass das bei Gerätesteckern grösserer Leistung übliche, die Steckerbuchsen umgebende Schutzstück aus feuerfestem Material durch die ineinandergeschobenen Gehäusehälften unverschiebbar und unverdrehbar festgehalten wird. Die Befestigung erfolgt also ohne Verwendung besonderer Befestigungsmittel wie Schrauben u. dgl. durch eine noch näher zu erläuternde Formgebung der Gehäusehälften und des Schutzstückes.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das meist aus keramischen Material hergestellte Schutzstück 1 im Auf-bzw. im Grundriss. Fig. 3 ist die Innenansicht und Fig. 4 die Draufsicht der Gehäusehälfte 9. Fig. 5 stellt einen Normalschnitt durch die Längsachse dieser Gehäusehälfte dar.
Die. Fig. 6,7 und 8 zeigen die entsprechenden Figuren der anderen Gehäusehälfte 10.
Das Schutzstück 1 weist an einem Ende zwei Randleisten 2 und 21 sowie einen T-förmigen Fortsatz 3 auf, während die Gehäusehälfte 9 die den Leisten bzw. dem T-förmigen Fortsatz konformen Ausnehmungen 5, 51 und 6 zeigt.
Das Schutzstück 1 lässt sich senkrecht zu der durch die Achsen der beiden Buchsenlöcher 12 und 121 gelegten Ebene in die Gehäusehälfte 9 einschieben, . u. zw. so weit, bis die angeführte Ebene mit der Trennebene der beiden Gehäusehälften zusammenfällt. Das Herausziehen des Schutzstückes 1 in seiner Längsrichtung wird durch seine Leisten 2 und 21 bzw. durch seinen Fortsatz 3, welche Teile in den Ausnehmungen 5, 51 und 6 der Gehäusehälfte 9 liegen, verhindert.
Das ungewollte Herausziehen des Teiles 1 senkrecht zur Gehäusetrennebene wird durch die andere Gehäusehälfte 10 verhindert, sobald diese bis zu ihrer Endlage auch die erste Gehäusehälfte 9 aufgeschoben ist ; sie nimmt dann den aus der Gehäusehälfte 9 vorstehenden Teil des Schutzstückes 1 in die der äusseren Form des vorstehenden Teiles 1 angepasste Ausnehmung 7 auf.
Die beiden Gehäusehälften selbst werden durch die im Stammpatent ausführlich beschriebene und in der vorliegenden Zeichnung durch die Teile 8 und 11 angedeutete Fixiervorrichtung in der Gebrauchslage festgehalten.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Gehäuse für Gerätestecker nach dem Patente Nr. 165481 mit einem die Buchsen umgebenden, aus feuerfestem Material hergestellten Schutzstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden mit Ausnehmungen versehenen Gehäusehälften im zusammengeschobenen Zustand das Schutzstück, das Fortsätze aufweist, die den Ausnehmungen im Gehäuse konform sind, ohne besondere Befestigungsmittel verschiebungs-und verdrehungssicher festhält.
