Conductive connection of current-carrying parts of electrical machines
The conductive connection of current-carrying parts of electrical machines, such as. B. the anchor rods with each other or with the collector lugs is generally produced in such a way that a clamp, sleeve or the like that encompasses the ends of the parts to be connected is soldered to them. The invention relates to a
Conductor connection in which the conductors are also soldered or welded, but which are essential compared to the known designs
Has advantages.
According to the invention, the swom-carrying parts are connected without additional enclosures, such as sleeves, clamps or the like, by soldering or soldering
Weld application (hard soldering) on adjoining free outer surfaces, in particular the front surfaces of the adjoining conductor ends, in such a way that after removing the welded connection, it can be re-established in the same way on the same parts. The embodiment according to the invention has the advantage that the soldering or welding is freely accessible at mutually adjacent
The outer surfaces of the conductor ends are directly applied so that they can be manufactured quickly and easily and, if necessary, just as quickly and easily when repairing damaged anchors or collectors, e.g.
B. by grinding, pinching or the like. Can be released and then restored without rendering the connected parts unusable. The solder or. Welding point according to the invention also takes considerably less
Space than with the known versions.
If necessary, the soldering points can also be removed by simply cutting off the
Conductor ends are carried out. Since there
If the conductors to be connected are shortened, they are made longer than necessary or provided with extensions on their adjoining free outer surfaces, in particular end surfaces, the brazing or
Welding takes place. The cutting off and
Restoring the soldered connection can then be repeated several times according to the mass of the extension of the i conductor. The at
Removal of the soldering points by cutting off occurring shortenings of the conductor ends are so slight that the extensions or projections of the conductor to be provided for a multiple cutting of the connection point need only be small.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. The. 1 and 2 show the connection of armature conductors with one another in view and plan view, FIGS. 3 and 4 show the connection of armature conductors with the collector lugs in front and side views, while FIGS. 5 and 5a show the connection running in the same direction Show ladders.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is the anchor iron with the anchor conductors 2, 3, the ends of which are formed into connecting lugs by squeezing, pressing or the like and are connected to the end faces of these lugs by means of the soldering or welding application 4. The soldering or welding application 4 can, if necessary, during repair work on the armature or collector, eg. B. removed by sanding and then restored. However, it can also be removed by simply cutting off (cutting off). In order to compensate for the clippings of the conductors that occur here and to enable the soldered connection to be cut off and re-established several times, the conductors can be extended accordingly or provided with extensions.
The one for repeated cutting and
Restoring the soldering point required lengthening of the conductor is very small.
In Figs. 3 and 4, 2 and 3 are again the

same mass widened.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 5 a, the invention is also used to advantage with conductors running in the same direction. The ends of the conductors 2 and 3 are out of their
