Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Wärmeisolierflasche
EMI1.1

Thermal insulation bottle
EMI1.1
partial longitudinal section through the insulating container, while FIG. 2 shows a partial cross-section along the line 2-2 of FIG.
The insulating container consisting of the casing parts 1, 2 is accommodated in a manner known per se in a protective housing 3, which can be closed at the top by a screw flap 4. The space between the jacket parts 1 and 2 is usually evacuated for the purpose of increasing the insulation. The thermometer T is now housed in this space, as FIG. 2 shows particularly clearly, with the thermometer being embedded in a groove-shaped indentation 5 in the inner jacket to achieve the best possible thermal contact between the thermometer and the inner jacket. The reading of the display of the thermometer takes place through the outer jacket 2, which is kept transparent in the area thereof, and a window 6 made of glass, cell glass or the like provided in the protective jacket 3.
