die vom Farbwerk 12-15 kommende Farbe. Die Rüttelwalze 16 bewirkt durch ihre gegenläufige Bewegung und die beispielsweise durch eine Rillenkurve und einen Stein eingeleitete axiale Bewegung ein vollkommenes Einfärben der Bildplatte 3 derart, dass alle Vertiefungen der Druckform wirklich mit Farbe gefüllt werden. Darauf treten die Wischer in Tätigkeit. Beim ersten Vorbeigang der Druckform an den ortsfesten Wischern 17 und 18 wischen diese die überschüssige Farbe vom Druckblech 3 ab, der Wischer 19 ist dagegen abgehoben, also ausser Tätigkeit gesetzt.
Während des nun folgenden zweiten Vorbeiganges der Druckform 3 sind die Auftragwalze 15 und die Rüttelwalze 16 abgehoben, um ein nochmaliges Einfärben zu vermeiden. Hingegen erfolgt durch die Wischvorriehtungen 17 und 18 mittels des inzwischen weitergeschalteten frischen Wischtuches ein nochmaliges Abwischen der Druckplatte. Beim Auftreffen auf den nunmehr angestellten Wischer 19, den sogenannten nassen Polierwischer, wird die Oberfläche des Bildbleches 3 von den letzten Spuren der Farbe gereinigt.
Anschliessend erfolgt der Abdruck der in den Vertiefungen des Bildbleches 23 sitzenden Farbe auf den vom Druckzylinder 4 herangeführten Druckbogen. Die Ausführung geschieht in bekannter Weise.
Statt des halbgrossen Plattenzylinders kann auch ein Plattenzylinder Verwendung finden, der den gleichen Durchmesser hat wie der Druckzylinder 4. In diesem Falle wird der Druckzylinder, ähnlich wie bei den bekannten Hochdruck-Zweitourenschnellpressen, rhythmisch abhebbar vom Plattenzylinder gesteuert.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Rotationstiefdruckmaschine zum Drucken von Stahl-oder Kupferstichplatten mit elastischen und selbsttätig arbeitenden Wischern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (1), der beispielsweise in bei Rastertiefdruckmaschinen bekannter Weise nur den halben Durchmesser des Druckzylinders (4) hat und mit diesem in dauerndem Eingriff steht, vor dem Drucken einmal mit Farbe versehen, dagegen zweimal an den Wischvorrichtungen (17, 18, 19) vorbeigeführt wird.

The ink sitting in the depressions of the image plate 23 is then printed onto the printed sheet fed by the printing cylinder 4. The execution takes place in a known manner.
Instead of the half-size plate cylinder, a plate cylinder can also be used which has the same diameter as the impression cylinder 4. In this case, the impression cylinder is controlled rhythmically liftable from the plate cylinder, similar to the known high-pressure two-speed high-speed presses.
