Description

 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

The seats of the bottom valves of toilet cisterns made of concrete or similar materials are usually made of brass and screwed into the hole provided for this in the bottom of the box. The invention aims at a simplification in that the valve seat consists of glass, porcelain or some other water-resistant material and is molded directly into the bottom of the cistern in such a way that it is held in the box after the concrete has hardened.

The invention is shown in section in the drawing.

The valve seat 1, which has a groove 5 on its outer surface, is cast into the cistern 2. By arranging a groove in the interior of the valve seat and a sealing ring 3 made of rubber or other suitable sealing material stored or held in this groove, the flushing pipe 4 can be connected in a watertight manner in the simplest way without the otherwise usual screw connections being necessary.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Toilet cistern made of concrete or similar materials, characterized in that the valve seat is made of porcelain, glass or some other water-resistant material and is molded directly into the bottom of the cistern so that it is held in the cistern after the concrete has hardened.

EMI1.2 **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**. 2. Toilet cistern according to claim 1, characterized in that the valve seat has a groove-like recess in its cylindrical inner surface, in which a rubber ring or other sealing material can be inserted which seals the flush pipe to be inserted.
