Closure for tubes and like
The invention relates to a closure for tubes and. Like., In which a central opening is provided in the screw cap that cannot be removed from the tube, which in connection with the head of the tube neck provided with through-openings forms the closure and the outlet opening. The closure according to the invention is characterized in that a closure part provided with a conical head and longitudinally running passage openings is inserted into the usual tube neck, on which the screw cap rests in an airtight manner when it is closed with its inner cone.
In the drawing, such a tube closure is shown in some embodiments, u. between: FIG. 1 shows a section in the closed state, FIG. 2 shows a section in the open state
State, FIGS. 3 and 4 details thereof in front view and bottom view and FIGS. 5 and 6 details of another embodiment in view and bottom view.
A closure head k, which is provided with longitudinal through-openings n, is inserted into the neck b of the tube a. The head k protrudes with a cone part! beyond the tube neck b.
The conical part of the head k forms in connection with the inner wall i of the screw cap / the closure. The ends of the passage openings n form the outlet openings o for the tube filling. On the tube neck b a thread c is attached, on which the screw cap t with her
Internal thread g is screwed on. The lower end h of the screw cap t is bent inwards, so that the screw cap t can only be screwed up until the end h on
Thread c is applied. As a result, the screw cap t can only be loosened to the extent necessary to express the contents of the tube and the lid cannot be lost.
The inner wall i of the screw cap t is the cone part! designed accordingly. The upper edge piece q of the tube neck is also designed to be conical in extension of the conical part of the head I. The wall is dimensioned so that it can cover the cone part and the edge piece q. By screwing down the cap t, the wall i is pressed firmly onto the cone part! and the edge piece q and thereby closes the outlet openings o at the top and bottom in an airtight manner. At the same time, due to the conical design of the edge part q, a good seal on the thread side is also achieved, which prevents the tube contents from escaping through the threads.
The tube neck and the screw cap are designed in the inner, upper part in such a way that no cavity is created and the parts sit snugly on one another (Fig. 1). By loosening the screw cap t, the openings n are released and an annular opening is formed between the conical part 1 of the head k and the inner wall i of the cap 1, through which the tube contents pass when being squeezed out. The head k can also have bores p instead of channel-shaped through openings n (FIG. 5). The top
Outlet openings o of the bores p can be widened and extend up to the line r on the conical part.
The closure head k and the screw cap t can be made from the tube building material, as well as from suitable plastics such as synthetic resins and the like. like. exist. Both of these become useful
Parts can be made from pressed pieces. The head k will advantageously be so large in diameter that it can be fixed in the tube neck by simply pressing it in. The head k could also be screwed into the tube neck.
The special insertion of the closure head k into the tube neck enables extremely simple and inexpensive manufacture, which is of the greatest importance for tube closures.
The tube as well as the cover can be manufactured in the usual manner.
