Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Papier.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine weitere Ausgestaltung der durch Patent Nr. 148327 geschützten Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Papier, bei welcher die die Breite der Papierbalin begrenzenden Schuber od. dgl. nachgiebig ausgeführt sind.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Sauger dem Egoutteur nur an der Auslaufseite des letzteren gegenüberliegt. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, dass es vollkommen genügt, wenn der Zug des Saugers nur den Auslauf. des Egoutteurs erreicht. Hiebei kann die Anordnung so getroffen sein, dass im Saugkasten ein sich über dessen ganze Länge erstreckendes Gummiband vorgesehen ist,

Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. stellt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt (nach Linie B-B der Fig. 2) dar, während Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Einrichtung veranschaulicht. In Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie A-J. der Fig. 2 zur Darstellung gebracht.
Der Egoutteur 1 ist lotrecht über dem Saugkasten 13, 14, 15 angeordnet bzw. gelagert. In den Stirnwänden 15 des Saugkastens und den Platten 17 sind Schraubenspindeln 16 gelagert, die z. B. mittels aussen aufgesteckter Handkurbel an Ort verdreht werden können. Sie sind an axialer Bewegung durch Stifte 18 gehindert, welche Ringe 19 durchsetzen. Auf den Spindeln 16 sitzen, durch Muttern 20 gesichert, mit Innengewinde versehene Hülsen 21, die in gusseisernen Platten 3 gelagert sind. Auf diesen sind mittels Schrauben 11 Blechbüchsen 12 befestigt, welche den Gummibelag 8 aufnehmen. Die Platten 3 bilden mit den Büchsen 12 und den Gummibelägen 8 die verstellbaren, die Breite der Papierbahn begrenzenden Formatschuber.
Zwischen dem Saugkasten13, 14, 15 und dem Egoutteur 1 läuft das Sieb 9 mit dem darauf befindlichen Papierstoff 2.
Auf der Grundplatte 14 des Saugkastens sind Leisten 4 und 5 befestigt, die durch Schrauben 27 aneinandergeschlossen sind. In einer von den Leisten 4 und 5 gebildeten Nut führt sich ein den Backen 6 und 7 angehörender Falz 28. Zwischen den Backen 6 und 7 ist vermittels der Schrauben 29 das Gummiband 10 eingeklemmt, welches in seinem oberen Teil 30 schräg verläuft. Nach Entfernen der Backen 6 und 7 bzw. deren Falz 28 aus den Leisten 4 und 5 können die Backen durch Lösen der Schrauben 29 voneinandergetrennt und das eventuell abgenutzte Gummiband 10 nachgestellt werden.
Dieses Gummiband bewirkt die Trennung zwischen Ein-und Auslauf des Egoutteurs und unterstützt gleichzeitig das Sieb 9, so dass dieses nicht in den Saugkasten hineingezogen werden kann.
In dem unter dem Einlauf des Egoutteurs zu liegen kommenden Raum 25 des Saugkastens sind die Wasserzuleitungsrohre 22, 24 und 26 sowie das Saugrohr 23 verlegt, welche in die unter dem Auslauf des Egoutteurs zu liegen kommenden Räume 31, 32 bzw. 33 einmünden.
