Verschluss für Taschen, Dosen u. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss für Taschen, Dosen u. dgl., der zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Glieder aufweist, von denen das eine ortsfest und das andere verschiebbar und federbelastet ist, wobei die auf das verschiebbare Glied wirkende Feder auswechselbar angeordnet ist. Bei den bisher bekannten Verschlüssen dieser Bauart war diese Feder in einen Hohlraum einge- schoben. Die Auswechslung dieser Feder bereitete daher grosse Schwierigkeiten und der Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin, bei Verwendung einer Schraubenfeder diese nicht in einer unzugänglichen Bohrung der Behälterwand, sondern frei zugänglich und sichtbar derart anzuordnen,
dass das verschiebbare Glied ohne besondere konstruktive Massnahmen und ohne Werkzeug durch einen einfachen Handgriff aus der Dose ausgehoben und dadurch die Feder zum Zwecke der Auswechslung freigelegt werden kann.
Gemäss der Erfindung wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass zwecks Führung des verschiebbaren Gliedes in dem Behälter ein an einem dieser beiden miteinander zusammenwirkenden Teile befestigter, in den anderen Teil eindringender Dorn vorgesehen ist, um den die als Schraubenfeder ausgebildete Feder herumgelegt ist. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird die Führung des verschiebbaren Gliedes überdies von einem an diesem Glied vorgesehenen, durch die Behälterwand hindurchtretenden Betätigungsknopf gebildet, der durch Verschiebung des Gliedes über das für das Öffnen des Verschlusses notwendige Mass hinaus aus der Öffnung herausgezogen werden kann, um das Glied aus dem Behälter herausheben zu können.

Scharnieren 3 angelenkt ist. An mit dem Deckel 2 verbundenen Butzen 4 ist der ortsfeste Teil J des Verschlusses mittels Schrauben 6 angeschraubt, der in an sich bekannter Weise die Form einer Leiste mit zwei R-förmigen Ausschnitten 7 aufweist. Als bewegliches Glied des Verschlusses dient eine Leiste 8 mit zwei Knöpfen 9, die mit den Ausschnitten 7 zusammenwirken. Die Leiste 8 ist auf ihren beiden Enden winkelförmig abgebogen und an dem linken Ende (Fig. 1) mit einem Knopf 10 versehen, der in einer Bohrung der Wand des Behälters 1 geführt ist. Das rechte Ende der Leiste 8 ist mit einer Bohrung 11 versehen, in die ein an dem Behälter 1 befestigter Dorn 12 eindringt.
Um den Dorn 12 ist eine Schraubenfeder 18 herumgelegt, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Leiste 8 ständig nach links zu drücken. Wenn die Dose geschlossen ist, treten daher die Knöpfe 9 in den schlitzförmigen Teil der Ausnehmungen 7 ein und verriegeln den Deckel 2 an dem Behälter 1. Um die Dose zu öffnen, ist es bloss erforderlich, den Knopf 10 einwärts zu drücken, wodurch die Knöpfe freigegeben werden.
Will man die Feder 18 auswechseln, so braucht man bloss die Leiste 8 an den Knopf 9 oder ihrem rechten Ende anzufassen und so weit nach rechts zu verschieben, dass der Knopf 10 aus der Öffnung der Behälterwand vollständig heraus-und in den Behälter 1 hineingezogen wird, worauf die Leiste 8 abgehoben und die Feder 13 sowie gegebenenfalls auch die Leiste leicht ausgewechselt werden können.
Selbstverständlich kann der Dorn auch an dem verschiebbaren Glied vorgesehen werden und der Behälter eine entsprechende Öffnung für den Eintritt des Dornes erhalten.

The invention relates to a closure for bags, cans and. In the previously known closures of this type, this spring was inserted into a cavity. The replacement of this spring therefore caused great difficulties and the purpose of the invention is, when using a helical spring, to arrange it not in an inaccessible bore in the container wall, but in a freely accessible and visible manner,
that the displaceable member can be lifted out of the box with a simple handle without special structural measures and without tools, thereby exposing the spring for the purpose of replacement.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that, for the purpose of guiding the displaceable member in the container, a mandrel is provided which is fastened to one of these two interacting parts and penetrates the other part, around which the spring designed as a helical spring is wrapped. In a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the guide of the displaceable member is also formed by an actuating button provided on this member, which passes through the container wall and which can be pulled out of the opening by moving the member beyond the extent necessary to open the closure to be able to lift the member out of the container.

A bar 8 with two buttons 9, which interact with the cutouts 7, serves as a movable member of the closure. The bar 8 is bent at an angle on both of its ends and is provided at the left end (FIG. 1) with a button 10 which is guided in a bore in the wall of the container 1. The right end of the strip 8 is provided with a bore 11 into which a mandrel 12 attached to the container 1 penetrates.
A helical spring 18 is wrapped around the mandrel 12 and is designed to constantly push the bar 8 to the left. When the can is closed, the buttons 9 therefore enter the slot-shaped part of the recesses 7 and lock the lid 2 to the container 1. To open the can, it is only necessary to push the button 10 inwards, thereby releasing the buttons be released.
