    Vacuum liquid lifter.

There are known vacuum liquid lifters (so-called "patent suckers") in which a vacuum is generated by explosion and exhaust through a valve and through this liquid manure is sucked into the suction tank. The present invention relates to such a suction tank, u. zw. According to the invention, the suction nozzle is designed to be conical in such a way that the speed of the liquid sucked in is gradually reduced.

Two embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS.

According to Fig. 1, the flat end wall is given a conical intake port. According to Fig. 2, the boiler is designed similar to a Bessemer pear.

In both versions, the hydraulic resistance is reduced during suction.

It is well known that the abrupt conversion of velocity energy into pressure energy is associated with losses through internal resistance, which is why it is sometimes preferred in pipelines to gradually change to a larger diameter.
