Griffbefestigung bei Handluftpumpen, insbesondere Motorradpumpen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Griffbefestigung bei Handluftpumpen, insbesondere Motorradpumpen, deren Kolbenstange einen Distanzring durchsetzt, der an dem hohlen Handgriff befestigt ist und diesen mit Bezug auf die Kolbenstange in Stellung hält. Die Neuerung ist darin gelegen, dass der Ring von Einpressungen der Wandung des Griffes umfasst und dadurch mit diesem verbunden wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigt : Fig. 1 den mit der Kolbenstange einer Motorradpumpe verbundenen Griff im Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie 11-11 in Fig. 1, ohne Kolbenstange.
Der Griff 1 hat die bekannte Ausbildung ; er ist aus einem dünnwandigen Metallrohr od. dgl. hergestellt und mit einer Deckwand 2 versehen. Diese hat eine zentrale Öffnung 3, mittels welcher der Griff 1 auf das Ende 4 der Kolbenstange 5 aufgesetzt ist. Hiebei ist der Griff 1 einerseits gegen einen Ringwulst 6 der Kolbenstange 5 abgestützt und anderseits durch Stauchung des Stangenendes zu einem Kopf 4 oder, wenn die Kolbenstange aus einem Rohr besteht, durch Umbördelung des Rohrendes befestigt.
Damit nun die Verbindung des Griffes 1 mit der Kolbenstange 5 dauernd fest und sicher bleibt bzw. ein Schlottern des Griffes vermieden wird, durchsetzt die Kolbenstange 5 einen Distanzring 7, welcher der Erfindung gemäss von Einpressungen 8 der Wandung des hohlen Griffes 1 umfasst wird, um mit diesem verbunden zu werden.

The invention relates to a handle attachment for hand air pumps, in particular motorcycle pumps, the piston rod of which passes through a spacer ring which is attached to the hollow handle and holds it in position with respect to the piston rod. The innovation lies in the fact that the ring encompasses indentations in the wall of the handle and is thereby connected to it.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the invention is illustrated, u. between: Fig. 1 shows the handle connected to the piston rod of a motorcycle pump in longitudinal section and Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line 11-11 in Fig. 1, without the piston rod.
The handle 1 has the known training; it is made of a thin-walled metal tube or the like and is provided with a top wall 2. This has a central opening 3, by means of which the handle 1 is placed on the end 4 of the piston rod 5. The handle 1 is supported on the one hand against an annular bead 6 of the piston rod 5 and on the other hand is fastened by upsetting the rod end to form a head 4 or, if the piston rod consists of a tube, by flanging the tube end.
So that the connection of the handle 1 to the piston rod 5 remains permanently and securely or a shuddering of the handle is avoided, the piston rod 5 penetrates a spacer ring 7 which, according to the invention, is encompassed by impressions 8 in the wall of the hollow handle 1 to be connected to this.
