haben, deren Frequenz unterhalb oder in der Nähe der Umdrehungszahl des das Stopfrohr antreibenden Motors liegen. Wenn durch irgendwelche Zufälligkeiten diese Eigenschwingungen während des Stopfvorganges ausgelöst werden, so werden sie immer grösser und lassen ein störungsfreies Arbeiten der Anordnung nicht mehr zu.
Dieser Übelstand wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch beseitigt, dass die Gewichtsbelastung auf hydraulischem Weg auf das Mantelrohr übertragen wird, wobei die Eigensehwingungszahl des hydraulischen Übertragungsmittels unter der Schwingungszahl des Stopfrohres liegt.
In der Fig. 6 ist eine solche Anordnung dargestellt.
Die Heizwicklung 17 mit den Anschlüssen 20 befindet sich in dem Mantelrohr 15, das unten durch das Verschlussstück 21 abgeschlossen ist. Das Stopfrohr 16 mit dem Riffelkopf 28 wird mittels der Kurbelschleife 26 angetrieben.
In den mit Flüssigkeit 36 (z. B. Öl) gefüllten Zylindern 37 und 38, die durch das ein Drosselorgan 39 enthaltende Rohr 40 miteinander hydraulisch verbunden sind, bewegen sich die Kolben 41 und 42. Auf dem Kolben 41 ist das Mantelrohr 15 befestigt, der andere Kolben 42 ist mit einem Gewicht 11 belastet. Dieser Kolben 42 überträgt den Druck auf das Mantelrohr, in welchem die Isoliermasse 19 von dem Stopfrohr 16 festgestopft wird. Da die Eigenschwingungszahl der hydraulischen Druck- übertragungsanordnung wesentlich unter den Umdrehungszahlen des Antriebsmotors gehalten wird, so wird ein Mitschwingen dieser hydraulischen Druckübertragungsmittel unmöglich gemacht.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung zum Herstellen elektrischer Rohrheizkörper, bei der ein Stopfstempel den innerhalb eines Mantelrohres ausgespannten Heizleiter mit einer feinkörnigen Masse umstopft und dabei eine Weiterbewegung des Mantelrohres herbeiführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (21), gegen welches die Isoliermasse gestopft wird, mittelbar oder unmittelbar nachgiebig, z. B. an einem nachgiebig gelagerten Träger (9, 22), angeordnet ist und mit Einrichtungen (Gewichte, Bremsen u. dgl.) in Verbindung steht, die es gestatten, den durch das Widerlager (21) erzeugten Gegendruck beliebig einzustellen, indem z.
B. einerseits die mit dem Widerlager (21) zusammenhängende Masse entsprechend vergrössert oder anderseits die Bewegung des Widerlagers (21) bzw. seines Trägers (9, 22) nach Bedarf abgebremst wird.

According to the invention, this drawback is eliminated in that the weight load is transferred hydraulically to the casing pipe, the natural vibration number of the hydraulic transmission means being below the number of vibrations of the stuffing pipe.

The heating coil 17 with the connections 20 is located in the jacket tube 15, which is closed at the bottom by the closure piece 21. The stuffing tube 16 with the corrugated head 28 is driven by means of the loop crank 26.
The pistons 41 and 42 move in the cylinders 37 and 38 which are filled with liquid 36 (e.g. oil) and which are hydraulically connected to one another by the tube 40 containing a throttle element 39. The jacket tube 15 is attached to the piston 41, the other piston 42 is loaded with a weight 11. This piston 42 transmits the pressure to the jacket tube in which the insulating compound 19 is tightly plugged by the stuffing tube 16. Since the natural oscillation rate of the hydraulic pressure transmission arrangement is kept substantially below the number of revolutions of the drive motor, this hydraulic pressure transmission means is made impossible to oscillate.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A device for the manufacture of electrical tubular heating elements, in which a tamping ram plugs the heating conductor stretched out within a jacket tube with a fine-grained mass and thereby brings about further movement of the jacket tube, characterized in that the abutment (21) against which the insulating mass is stuffed, indirectly or immediately resilient, e.g. B. on a resiliently mounted carrier (9, 22), is arranged and with devices (weights, brakes and the like.)
