Device for lifting and pressing the saw blade on hacksaw machines.
The invention relates to a device for lifting and pressing the saw blade in a hacksaw machine. Such devices are already known in which a piston, the so-called
Bow-type piston, is used, the piston sides of which are connected to the sides of a double-acting piston pump. In the known devices of this type, there is no possibility of arranging a pressure gauge, so that the saw arm pressure cannot be read. This is due to the fact that the entire contact pressure for pressing the saw blade acts alternately on the piston and then complete relief is again provided for the return stroke of the piston.
The pressure gauges cannot absorb such pressure oscillations, but are very quickly destroyed.
In the known devices, the discharge and the return stroke of the piston are carried out by a rotatable control slide. In addition, the known devices have the disadvantage of uneven loading of the machine in the cutting and return strokes. Both the
Work of cutting, like the work of depressing the bracket. With these machines, during the return stroke, no significant work has to be done due to the lifting of the saw frame and the resulting relief of the load side of the piston carrying the saw frame. These differences that occur gradually lead to disruptions in the operation and preparation of the storage locations.
According to the invention, this is remedied in that the feed line to the pressure side of the
U-shaped piston has a check valve, an adjustable throttle valve on the drain line and on the
A pressure gauge are provided on the pressure side. In this way, the oil before the oil pump after the
Only cross the load side of the piston for the purpose of loading the saw frame, while with the return stroke of the piston of the oil pump on the load side of the piston connected to the saw frame, a complete relief does not occur, but the oil is pushed out via the adjustable throttle valve. The adjustable throttle valve can be designed as desired. It can be designed as a check valve, a slide or the like.
It must always work in such a way that it does not work when the piston connected to the saw frame is loaded as a result of its setting. The installation of the adjustable throttle valve in the specified space is otherwise optional. It can be located directly on the cylinder or in a special branch line. The setting of the throttle valve can be done from outside.
The invention also relates to the feature that a manometer can be arranged on the back of the check valve and the adjustable throttle valve, on which the existing working pressure can be read. So that the manometer does not suffer from the pressure changes that occur, an externally operated control element can be switched into the line after the manometer, which allows the connection between the load side of the piston and the manometer to be interrupted temporarily and to relieve the manometer at will.
The invention is shown schematically in section in one embodiment in the figure.
1 is the pump housing in which the working cylinder: 2 for the piston 3 of the oil pump is arranged. This piston is driven in a manner known per se from the drive of the saw frame. The space 4 below the piston. 3 of the oil pump is connected to the oil storage tank via a suction valve J.
Furthermore, a connection to the cylinder 7 of the piston 8 is provided by means of a pressure valve 6. The piston 8 is in a suitable connection with the carrier of the saw frame via the piston rod 9. The lift-off side 16 of the piston 8 is connected via a connecting line 10
