Bee swarm creator.
The invention relates to such a swarm scoop which is used to remove a swarm of grapes from a branch or another landing stage. where a stiff-rimmed pot with z. B. laterally for attaching to a handrail serving grips or the like. And possibly a vibrating cross arms or the like located above the edge of the pot. The like is equipped, with a frame inside to create the swarm bees .. All such or similar devices have always had to be with be equipped with an upper closure cap or, if the cover was not provided, had to be overturned and hung up immediately after the swarm was caught.
so that the swarm bees do not escape and the bees that are still outside the catching device can fly towards it.
The purpose of this invention is to avoid these disadvantages, in that a dimensionally stable insert space frame, which fills the pot close to the edge and is made of broad-meshed vines or the like, is provided as the landing rod, the braided rods at the intersections and, if necessary, with the pot wall by brackets or the like . are firmly connected. The spatial framework according to the invention prevents the bees from escaping and all the more so since the bees generate a strong gathering noise in the spatial framework. which is reinforced by the open top cavity of the collecting container and which the bees still flying around immediately flow towards it.
Another invention consists in this. that a free longitudinal emptying passage is cut out between the space frame and the side wall of the pot and this is optionally expanded to a collecting space at the bottom of the pot.

The edge of the pot carries a reinforcing hoop 11 'made of iron straps with a lateral grip clamp G1 on the narrow side of the pot. This clamp is shaped so that a handrail can be easily pushed through. An identical grip clamp G2 is located exactly below on the wooden floor. Pot, cutlery and handrail are conveniently and securely connected.
The bracket and the upper end of the rod protrude about 5 cm beyond the top edge of the pot.
If a swarm of bees is to be caught, the swarm creator is held under the swarm by means of the rod in such a way that the branch usually runs between the hook and the vibrating flange and the clusters of bees must fall into the visual warmth creator that participates in this movement by pushing upwards with the rod. Then you push the rod or the vibrating flange lightly against the branch one or more times, so that the bees fall into the swarm creator and let it

Remaining Ci of the already torn swarm clusters is shown with the swarm scoop hanging on the hook.
The branch t lies here. across the upper edge of the swarm creator, so that with such a favorable arrangement of the swarm a simple lowering of the swarm creator is sufficient to tear off the swarm hanging in it, since the bees get stuck in the framework. The rest of the bees remaining on the branch now pulls into the catching device at a point of contact between the upper edge of the swarmsophore and the branch, usually together with the queen that may have stayed behind (Fig. 4, arrow direction at a).
The captured swarm is taken down by means of the lath or pole and this together with the hook is removed. Then you take the swarm creator by the upper handle G1 and lift it up a little,

EMI2.3
A fixed operating room framework (R) made of a wide-meshed rod network or the like is provided, the mesh rods being firmly connected at the crossing points and, if necessary, to the pot wall by clips (ksi) or the like.
