Die Erfindung betrifft einen Salz-und Gewürzstreuer, dessen Streuöffnung durch die obere Mündung eines aus dem Behälterboden in das Innere des Behälters aufwärts ragenden Trichters gebildet ist, und besteht darin, dass zwecks Verhinderung des Verstopfens der Streuöffnung an ihr eine scharfe Mündungskante ausgebildet ist. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass sich rund um die Mündung ein ringförmiger Salzhaufen ansetzt, der ihre lichte Weite verringert. Auch werden auf die scharfe Mündungskante beim Schütteln des Streuers aufprallende Salz-oder Gewürzklumpen zerkleinert.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Längsschnitte veranschaulicht. Der Behälter besteht aus zwei Teilen, u. zw. aus der Haube f, deren oberer Teil e zu einer Prallfläche ausgebildet ist, so dass die Salz-oder Gewürzkörner beim Schütteln des Behälters

Das Ausstreuen der Salz-oder Gewürzkörner erfolgt durch die Streuöffnung b des Trichters e. Die obere Triehtermündung weist eine scharfe Kante h auf. Der Trichter c ist mit dem Bodenstück g zweckmässig aus Kunststoff, z. B. Balrelit od. dgl., hergestellt. Die Haube f kann aus Glas hergestellt und durch das Schraubengewinde k auf das Bodenstück g aufgeschraubt werden. Z. um Füllen wird zweckmässig das Bodenstück g abgeschraubt.
Der erfindungsgemässe Streuer kann aber auch einteilig sein. Das Füllen erfolgt dann durch den Trichter.
