Spülkopf für subaquale Darmspiilungen.
Das Stammpatent hat eine Tragvorrichtung für subaquale Darmspülapparate zum Gegenstande, bei welcher ein den Spülkopf aufnehmender Ringteil an zwei quer über die Wanne laufenden elastischen Zugschnüren oder Kabeln aufgehängt ist. In dem Zusatzpatente Nr. 119772 ist ein in Verbindung mit dieser Tragvorrichtung zu benutzender Spülkopf unter Schutz gestellt, dessen Dichtungsrand im ganzen Umfang der Kotauffangöffnung kissenartig vorgewölbt ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat eine Verbesserung an solchen Spülköpfen zum Gegenstande. Der konvexe, kissenartig vorgewölbte Dichtungsrand des Spülkopfes verursacht, da er ja aus starrem Material besteht, bei mageren Personen häufig unangenehme Druckempfindungen, und da der abgemagerte Körper nicht anliegt, stellt sich mangelhafte Abdichtung ein, was gemäss der Erfindung dadurch behoben wird, dass der Spülkopf im Bedarfsfalle mit einem haubenartigen Überzug aus weichem, zweckmässig elastischem Material versehen wird, der im Bereiche des Dichtungsrandes mit einer weichen oder elastischen, zweckmässig aus Filz oder Schwammgummi bestehenden Einlage ausgestattet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 den Spülkopf mit auf ihn aufgezogener Auflage in Ansicht und Fig. 2 die letztere im mittleren Längsschnitt.
Die auf dem Dichtungsrand des Spülkopfes anzubringende Auflage besteht aus einem haubenartigen elastischen Gebilde a, das mit seiner vorderen Öffnung b von hinten auf den Spülkopf aufgezogen wird. Die Haube a-weist am oberen offenen Rande eine auf den Dichtungsrand des Spülkopfes zur Auflage kommende Einlage c aus weichem oder elastischem Material, z. B.
Filz, Schwammgummi od. dgl. auf, die in der Gebrauchslage des Spülkopfes am Körper des Badenden dichtend anliegt, so dass einerseits letzterer dabei keine unangenehme Druckempfindung hat, anderseits eine sichere Abdichtung am Körper des Badenden erreicht wird.- < -ist eine-der beiden Öffnungen in dem Haubenteil a, die für den Durchtritt der am Spülkopf vorgesehenen seitlichen Haltezapfen bestimmt sind, mit denen der Spülkopf an den Ringteil der Tragvorrichtung hängt. f ist eine Öffnung in dem Überzug a für den Durchtritt des Rohrstutzens e, an den eine zum Spülwasserbehälter führende biegsame Leitung angeschlossen wird, um nach beendeter Darmspülung den Spülkopf und die Aftergegend des Patienten durch Nachspülen mit vorgewärmtem Wasser reinigen zu können.
