Zigarettenpapierpackung.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigarettenpapierpackung mit einem den Zigarettenpapierstapel um- schliessenden, mit einem Fenster versehenen Behälter und einer an einem Deckel angeordneten Klebstelle zum Herausziehen des obersten Papierblättchens. Die Entnahme dieses Blättchens erfolgt bei solchen Packungen derart, dass die Klebestelle auf das Blättchen gedrückt wird, worauf der Deckel mit dem daran haftenden Blättchen vom Behälter abgehoben wird. Eine bekannte Packung dieser Art, bei der der Stapel ringsum vom Behälter umschlossen ist und die Klebestelle in der Mitte des Stapels liegt, weist den Nachteil auf, dass das Blättchen beim Herausziehen aus dem Behälter zerknittert und leicht eingerissen wird, was das Herstellen der Zigarette erschwert.
Dieser Nachteil wird gemäss der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass das Fenster bis zum Rand des Stapels reicht und dass die Klebestelle in der Nähe dieses Randes am Papierblättchen angreift.
Hiedurch wird das Herausziehen des Blättchens aus dem Behälter erheblich erleichtert, so dass dieses faltenlos dem Behälter entnommen werden kann. Die Klebestelle wird vorzugsweise durch venezianisches Terpentin gebildet. Dieses Material hat gegenüber ähnlichen für derartige Zwecke bekannten haftenden Stoffen, wie Leimglyzerinmassen oder Wachs, den Vorteil, dass es nie austrocknet und auch nach langer Lagerung seine Klebefähigkeit nicht verliert. Weiters hat die erfindungsgemässe Anordnung des Klebemittels den Vorteil, dass es eine leichte Spur am Längsrand des Blättchens, also dort, wo das Papier beim Herstellen der Zigarette verklebt wird, hinterlässt, wodurch die Herstellung der Zigarette erleichtert wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Fig. 1 ist ein Schaubild der Packung, Fig. 2 zeigt den ausgebreiteten Materialzuschnitt und Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 1.
Der aus einem Kartonstreifen od. dgl. bestehende Materialzuschnitt für die Hülle ist längs zweier paralleler Doppelkanten 1 und 2 zusammengefaltet, so dass drei Teile entstehen. Der linke Teil (Fig. 2) bildet die Oberseite des Behälters und besteht aus einem Querstreifen 3 und zwei dreieckigen Lappen 3', zwischen denen das Fenster 4 ausgespart ist. An die Oberseite 3,3'des Behälters sind zwei seitliche Lappen 5 angesetzt. Der mittlere Teil 6 bildet den Behälterboden und der rechte Teil 8 den Deckel. Die Teile 3,3'und 6 werden dadurch miteinander verbunden, dass die Seitenlappen 5 niedergefaltet und an der Unterseite des Bodens 6 festgeklebt werden. Aus dem Deckel 8 ist eine Zunge 9 herausgeschnitten. Diese Zunge wird um die Kante 1 niedergefaltet und auf dem Querstreifen 3 der Oberseite angeklebt. An der Innenseite des Deckels 8 ist die Klebestelle 10 angebracht.
Zwecks Entnahme eines Papierblättchens wird der Deckel 8 bzw. die Klebestelle 10 auf den den Zigarettenpapierstapel 7 umsehliessenden Behälter gedrückt und von diesem wieder abgehoben, wobei die Klebestelle 10 das oberste Blättchen herauszieht. Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Klebestelle in der Nähe des Längsrandes 11 des Stapels angreift, welcher Rand in der Mitte frei liegt. Hiedurch wird die leichte Entnahme des Blättchens ermöglicht. Anderseits wird der Stapel durch die Lappen 3'und die Zunge 9, welche den dem Rand 7 gegenüberliegenden Rand des Stapels übergreift, gegen Verschiebung sicher festgehalten.
Durch die aus Fig. 2 ersichtliche Anordnung der Lappen 3'und 5 sowie der Zunge 9 wird erreicht, dass der ganze Behälter samt Deckel aus einem einteiligen Materialzuschnitt hergestellt werden kann, was die Herstellung der Verpackung erheblich vereinfacht und verbilligt.

The invention relates to a cigarette paper pack with a container which encloses the cigarette paper stack and is provided with a window and an adhesive point arranged on a lid for pulling out the topmost paper sheet. This leaflet is removed from such packs in such a way that the adhesive point is pressed onto the leaflet, whereupon the lid with the leaflet adhering to it is lifted from the container. A known pack of this type, in which the stack is enclosed all around by the container and the glue point is in the middle of the stack, has the disadvantage that the leaflet is crumpled and easily torn when pulled out of the container, which makes it difficult to manufacture the cigarette .
According to the invention, this disadvantage is avoided in that the window extends to the edge of the stack and that the adhesive point engages the paper leaflet in the vicinity of this edge.
This makes it much easier to pull the leaflet out of the container so that it can be removed from the container without folds. The splice is preferably formed by Venetian turpentine. This material has the advantage over similar adhesive substances known for such purposes, such as glue glycerine masses or wax, that it never dries out and does not lose its adhesive properties even after long storage. Furthermore, the inventive arrangement of the adhesive has the advantage that it leaves a slight trace on the longitudinal edge of the leaf, that is, where the paper is glued during the manufacture of the cigarette, which facilitates the manufacture of the cigarette.
An example embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 is a diagram of the package, Fig. 2 shows the spread of the material blank and Fig. 3 is a section along line A-B of Fig. 1.
The cut of material for the envelope, which consists of a cardboard strip or the like, is folded together along two parallel double edges 1 and 2, so that three parts are created. The left part (Fig. 2) forms the top of the container and consists of a transverse strip 3 and two triangular tabs 3 ', between which the window 4 is cut out. Two lateral tabs 5 are attached to the top 3, 3 ′ of the container. The middle part 6 forms the container bottom and the right part 8 the lid. The parts 3, 3 ′ and 6 are connected to one another in that the side flaps 5 are folded down and glued to the underside of the base 6. A tongue 9 is cut out of the cover 8. This tongue is folded down around the edge 1 and glued to the transverse strip 3 of the top. The glue point 10 is attached to the inside of the cover 8.
In order to remove a paper leaf, the cover 8 or the glue point 10 is pressed onto the container surrounding the stack of cigarette paper 7 and lifted from it again, the glue point 10 pulling out the topmost leaf. It can be seen that the glue point engages in the vicinity of the longitudinal edge 11 of the stack, which edge is exposed in the middle. This enables the leaflet to be easily removed. On the other hand, the stack is securely held against displacement by the tabs 3 ′ and the tongue 9, which overlaps the edge of the stack opposite the edge 7.
The arrangement of the tabs 3 ′ and 5 and of the tongue 9, which can be seen in FIG. 2, means that the entire container including the cover can be produced from a one-piece material blank, which makes the production of the packaging considerably easier and cheaper.
