  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schweisselektroden. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass   Schweissdrähte   mit nichtmetallischen Einschlüssen elektrisch sehr gut ver-   schweissbar   sind. Zur Herstellung solcher Schweissdrähte hat man z. B. Puddeleisen verwendet oder man hat die nichtmetallischen Einschlüsse in Form einer Seele in den Schweissdraht eingebracht. 



   Zur Herstellung derartiger Seelendrähte sind verschiedene Verfahren bereits angewendet worden. 



  So hat man z. B. den Block durchbohrt, gefüllt und ausgewalzt oder aber ein Rohr umgossen und die so erhaltene Höhlung mit den nichtmetallischen Zusätzen versehen und dann den Block weiterverarbeitet. 



  Derartige Verfähren sind durch diese vorbereitenden Massnahmen immerhin kostspielig. 



   Die vorliegende Erfindung hat nun die Herstellung von Schweissdrähten mit nichtmetallischen

 steht. Man hat es dabei in der Hand, durch die Verwendung an sich bekannter giesstechnischer Massnahmen, wie durch die Beeinflussung der Abkühlung und der Kristallisation sowie durch besondere Kokillenformen, diese Ausscheidung in der Blockmitte zu fördern. 



   Durch dieses Verfahren ist gegenüber dem bekannten eine wesentliche Vereinfachung und Verbilligung in der Herstellung von Sehweissdrähten mit nichtmetallischen Zusätzen gegeben.
