Fig. 1 zeigt den Apparat in geöffneter Lage, in Fig. 2 in Arbeitsstellung. Fig. 3 zeigt eine besondere Aus-

\ ulcanizing device for repairing metal mirrors and other rubber objects.
The subject of the invention is an improvement and further development of patent no. 126366.
The vulcanizing apparatus according to patent no. 126366 has various shortcomings. B. a very large amount of printing is necessary. Lifting the upper part from the repair site after vulcanization has taken place is cumbersome. The further development is achieved in that the two parts of the apparatus are connected by a hinge (hinge, eye or the like) in such a way that one part can be folded by at least 900 so that the workpiece is completely freely placed on the work site and can be removed from it again. With a special ring. Bügeli od. The like. The two parts of the apparatus are held in the working position.
According to the invention, the bottom of the upper part designed to accommodate the heater is made of resilient material, e.g. B. spring steel.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated using an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows the apparatus in the open position, in Fig. 2 in the working position. Fig. 3 shows a special configuration

Screw 7 can be pressed against the workpiece 9. 8 'is a handle for moving the press chair.
The device works in the following way: In the open position according to FIG
EMI1.2
Working position rotated and the bracket 4 placed around the two parts 1 and 2. whereupon, by turning the screw 7 by means of the handle S ′, the table 6 together with the workpiece S and with the repair patch 8 are pressed against the floor 14. Through the arrangement of the joint? On the one hand, an easy placement of the workpiece and, on the other hand, an exact setting of the same is possible. Through the table 6
EMI1.3
In contrast, the pressure is not transferred centrally to the workpiece. whereby it is necessary. to exert a greater pressure on the press screw.
In addition, as a result of the non-centric pressure, the workpiece can give way and uneven vulcanization occurs. Furthermore, in the device according to Patent No. 126366, the pressed parts are heavily stressed in bending due to the eccentric pressure.
When arranging an oval table 6, it is necessary according to the invention to prevent the table from rotating about its center point. This is achieved in that the table 6 is equipped with a guide pin 10, which slides in a nose-like slot 11 of the apparatus part 2 (FIG. 31. According to the invention, the end of the screw 7 is arched, for example spherical at 12).

to be pressed. The arrangement can also be reversed, so that the table has the curvature, but the screw has the corresponding cavity.

With the workpiece 9 including the repair patch 8 inserted, the vulcanization will take place in the following manner after the table has been pressed against the floor 14: A heating element is placed in the cavity 7J

connected and z. B. is made of spring steel. Therefore, the floor is slightly arched when pressed together with the workpiece. Due to the rigid connection with the edge, however, any movement of the workpiece during pressing or vulcanization is excluded. The floor is made, for example, in such a way that a lamella made of spring steel sheet is attached to the edge of the cavity 7-? is soldered on (Fig. 4). When the workpiece is pressed together, the bottom is curved, and the spot 8 is thereby obtained with sharp edges (Fig. 4, II).

return to the level position and thus cause an automatic detachment from the hot spot 8 (Fig. 4, III). If a correspondingly larger bending of the base is necessary for larger vulcanization work, a lamella can be used, which is already slightly curved in the normal state (Fig. 5). In Fig. H a floor is made, which also consists of resilient material, but which is not rigidly connected to the edge of the wall, but slidingly connected. The same is slidably arranged, for example, between the edge 17 of the cavity 15 and a tire 16 which is fastened by means of screwing or the like.
This arrangement is necessary in order to enable the floor to slide in the event of severe deflection.
Due to the special arrangement of the bottom 14, an improvement over the device according to patent no. 126366 is achieved, since due to the use of resilient material, for. B. sheet steel, the floor thickness is reduced to a minimum and so the heat generated in the cavity 15 by the radiator can be supplied to the repair spot and the work piece with almost no loss.
