Adjustment device for photographic lenses.
The invention relates to an adjusting device for photographic lenses, in particular for roll film cameras, in which the lens is coupled to a range finder built into the camera, so that the setting to the correct distance also simultaneously effects the setting to the correct focal length. In order to achieve precise focusing of the lens by means of the range finder, it is absolutely necessary to avoid any dead walk. This is achieved in that the control ring, which directly or indirectly controls a lever of the rangefinder, can be firmly coupled to a ring connector carrying the lens extension part, so that the photographic lens stored in the ring connector is in a certain position, e.g. B. can be clamped in the infinity position.
If the lens is to be set at close distances, the lens mount together with the ring carrying the mount is adjusted in a worm gear or in a special guide. The ring used to operate the range finder is mounted coaxially with the optical axis and can have a flat edge surface, a beveled edge surface or a curved edge. The means for clamping the lens connector in the control ring can be of various types, e.g. B. a thread and a suspension, a bayonet socket or the like.
The drawing illustrates the subject matter of the invention in exemplary embodiments.

EMI1.1
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ring connector 1 used to hold a photographic lens is provided with an actuation attachment 2 to which a guide sleeve 3 for a pressure pin 5 provided with a widened end 4 is attached. The pressure pin carries a push button 7 which can be pressed into the guide 3 by overcoming a spring 6. The ring socket 1 is provided with a thread which fits into the corresponding nut thread of a ring 8 which is used to operate the range finder not shown in the drawing. The ring 8 has a flange 9 which, at one point on its circumference, has an indentation 10 into which the end 4 of the pressure pin 5 fits.
The ring 8 is either inserted into a special sleeve of a photographic roll film camera or screwed directly into the camera housing. In this latter case, the ring 8 must also be provided with an external thread or a snow cap. The rearwardly facing edge of the ring 8 can be a flat surface, a beveled surface or a curved surface which is in direct contact with a lever of the range finder. A stop 11 limits the rotation of the lens in the infinity position.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a resilient bracket 13 is arranged on the ring connector 12, which with a projection 14 into a recess 15 in the flange 16 of the ring 17
EMI1.2
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the one just described only in that the bent end of the resilient bracket 20 engages in an indentation 21 on the edge of the flange 22 of the ring 23.
