Description

The invention relates to a ski binding part with a base according to the preamble of claim 1.
A device for attaching ski binding parts on a ski is known from Jap.GBM-Auslegeschrift No. 43-17 191 (v.16.7.1968). A metallic ski binding part is connected to the ski by means of screws using a flexible plate. This measure on the one hand achieves a damping effect and on the other hand prevents corrosion of the ski binding part. When cornering, a component of the pressure exerted by the weight of the skier on the ski acts in such a way that the flexible plate is laterally compressed, creating a horizontal force component which undesirably presses the ski out of the curve outward.
In other damping devices according to DE-OS 4 124 965, sleeve-shaped 'spacer elements are provided in the areas of the ski binding parts in the damping devices, which serve to carry out fastening screws. In addition, support plates for the ski binding parts, in which the spacer elements are integrated, can be arranged in these areas. However, these designs as a whole presuppose that the damping devices have protruding projections over the bearing surfaces of the ski binding parts, which are directed towards one another and whose end faces are at least a slight longitudinal distance from one another and / or rounded when the damping devices are in a flat position.
The object of the invention is to provide a base for a ski binding part, with which a direct power transmission from the ski boot via the ski binding part to the ski is possible, and in particular with ski deflections, a damping of the ski is achieved so as not to impair the steering behavior of the ski. In addition, the base should be designed as a 2 AT 000 132 Ul compact unit in order to facilitate its handling.
Starting from a ski binding part with a base according to the preamble of claim 1, this object is achieved according to the invention by the features of the characterizing part of this claim.
Through these measures, the forces exerted by the skier on the ski binding part can be transferred directly to the ski, as a result of which better skiing behavior is achieved. Due to the increased shoe stand caused by the pad according to the invention, the edge grip is made easier for the skier and the use of the elastic plate absorbs shocks which would otherwise be transmitted directly to the skier. By assembling the base plate and the elastic plate into one unit, assembly can be carried out quickly and easily.
The features of claim 2 provide a simple constructive solution for the interaction of the base plate with the elastic plate.
The features of claim 3 enable particularly favorable configurations of the connection points between the base plate and the elastic plate.
In Figures 1 to 3, 1 denotes an elastic plate, preferably made of a flexible material, and 2 a base plate made of plastic, the latter having four passages 3 in the form of bores for receiving screws, not shown, for fastening a ski binding part in present example of a toe 4, on the top 5a of a ski 5 serve. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, four openings 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d are provided in the elastic plate 1 in the area of the passages 3 of the base plate 2, into which extensions 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d of essentially complementary design Stand plate 2 protrude, the end faces 2e, 2f, 2g and 2h of the extensions 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d lying directly on the upper side 5a of the ski. As a result, the forces exerted on the front jaws 4 can be transmitted directly to the ski 5. In the front section of the base plate 2 there is an opening 2i through which an approximately U-shaped extension 6 of the elastic plate 1, viewed from above, projects upwards, the contour of which is adapted to the contour of the underside of the front jaw 4 (see FIG. 1). , so that there is also a damping for the front jaw 4. For warehousing, transport and assembly, it is expedient to connect the elastic plate 1 to the base plate 2 in such a way that only one unit can be handled, which, however, should be able to be dismantled into two individual parts at any time. As shown in Figure 2, the elastic plate 1 essentially surrounds the edge region or the contour of the base plate 2 and extends up to the top 7 thereof, so that a form-fitting, releasable connection is achieved which has an inhibiting effect on movement in the horizontal plane. An additional form-fitting, releasable connection results from the formation of the openings la, lb, lc and ld of the 4 AT 000 132 Ul elastic plate 1 in combination with the complementary extensions 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d of the base plate 2. A form-fitting, releasable connection that go up in the vertical direction, ie from the top of the ski 5a, has an inhibitory effect, is achieved in that sections or projections of the elastic plate 1 overlap the top or projections of the base plate 2 or engage in recesses thereof, these connecting points in pairs and preferably symmetrically to or on the longitudinal axis L of the elastic Plate 1 or the base plate 2 can be arranged. Two first connection points are located in the front part of the elastic plate 1 or the base plate 2 and are composed of two projections 8a, 8b of the base plate 2 and two sections 9a, 9b of the elastic plate 1, the sections 9a, 9b in each case the projections 8a, 8b overlap. In the same way, two further connection points are provided in the rear part of the elastic plate 1 or the base plate 2, which are composed of two projections 10a, 10b of the base plate 2 and two sections 11a, 11b of the elastic plate 1, the sections 11a, 11b overlap the projections 10a, 10b. Third connection points are arranged approximately in the center, which consist of two recesses 12a, 12b of the base plate 2 and two projections 13a, 13b of the elastic plate 1, the projections 13a, 13b engaging in the recesses 12a, 12b. In the front and rear end portions of the base plate 2, projections 2j, 2k are provided which engage in depressions le, If of the elastic plate 1.
The elastic plate 1 is made of a somewhat stretchable material, so that the elastic plate 1 can be easily connected to the base plate 2 to form a unit and separated again as required.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, a metal band 15 guided in a guide 14 rests on the rear section of the base plate 2 'on its upper side 7', with which a heel holder (not shown) is shown on the front jaws 4 ', which are only indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG can be coupled 5 AT 000 132 Ul. The guide bar 16b located at the top in FIG. 4 is interrupted in some areas in the middle and in this area there is a recess 18 in the base plate 2 'and in this an upwardly directed, resilient and rounded nose 19 which is optionally in one of one A plurality of notches 20 formed laterally in the metal strip 15 can be snapped into place. Each notch 20 is assigned a mark 21, a hole 22, and a number 23 in the metal strip 15. The upper end of the locking lug 19 is shaped like a pointer and bears a central marking 24 which corresponds to a corresponding marking 25 on the opposite guide bar 16a. When installing the front jaw 4 ', the metal band 15 is snapped into the corresponding notch 20 with the assigned number 23, which corresponds to the size of the ski boot to be used. Then the toe piece 4 'can be placed on the base plate 2' and fastened to the ski by means of screws through the holes 3 '. At the same time, a pin 26 fastened on the underside of the front jaw 4 'and projecting vertically downwards penetrates via the corresponding hole 22 of the metal strip 15 into an underlying bore 27 of the base plate 2', so that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the ski 5 *, one non-positive connection between the front jaw 4 'and the above-mentioned heel holder is established.
The front section or the remaining design of the base plate 2 ″ and the design of the elastic plate 1 ’l according to the second exemplary embodiment is the same as the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, so that the description thereof is unnecessary.

The two rear passages 203c, 203d serve to receive the fastening screws for the rail bearing 228 and the guide rail 229, while the two front passages 8 AT 000 132 Ul 203a, 203b only serve to receive the fastening screws for the guide rail 229.
For the form-fitting, releasable connection of the elastic plate 201 to the base plate 202, two recesses 212a, 212b are provided on both sides in the base plate 202, into which projections 213a, 213b of the elastic plate 201 engage. Another positive releasable connection is made by two projections 36a, 36b on the rear end portion of the elastic plate 201, which overlap the top 207 of the base plate 202 and also engage in slots 37a, 37b of the rail bearing 228. As can be seen from FIG. 10, the elastic plate 201 encloses the base plate 202 on the side and at the rear end, as a result of which an additional form-fitting, releasable connection is established between the two parts. From the upper side 38 of the elastic plate 201, webs 3.8a, 38b, 38c and 38d extend with cylindrically shaped ends, which penetrate into complementary slots 39a, 39b, 39c and 39d of the base plate 202, the webs 38a, 38b, 38c and 38d are connected to the side edge of the elastic plate 201, so that a positive connection of the side edge of the elastic plate 201 to the base plate 202 is achieved and thus lateral expansion of the edge of the elastic plate 201 is prevented.
In the area of the front culverts. 203a, 203b of the base plate 202 are arranged on the top 207 of the base plate 202 laterally locking hooks 40a, 40b, which hook into locking holes 41a, 41b of the rail bearing 228, whereby the latter is secured in this section against lifting off the base plate 202.
As in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 8, a metal strip 215 is also shown in this exemplary embodiment with dash-dotted lines, which is provided with locking recesses for the locking lug of the heel holder 230 for fixing it in the longitudinal direction of the ski and is connected to a front jaw, not shown. Regarding the formation of the metal strip in connection with the 9 AT 000 132 Ul guide rail and the locking mechanism, reference is again made to AT-PS 38 94 53.
In the exemplary embodiments described, both the base plate and the elastic plate can be provided with openings and / or depressions (not shown) in order to save material and weight, the openings of the elastic plate being partially penetrated by complementary extensions of the base plate, the end faces of which are immediate lie on the top of the ski.
Furthermore, in the case of heel holders, ski brakes can also be fastened in a manner known per se by means of their holders using the front fastening screws of the base plate and the guide rail.
10The materials for the elastic plate are elastomers (rubber) or thermoplastic elastomers (SBS, SEBS, TPU, EVA, PEBA etc.) which have a good elastic or viscoelastic material. Thermoplastic materials (POM, PA, PBT, PP etc.) can be used for the base plate, which still have sufficient rigidity and toughness even at sub-zero temperatures. The rail bearing can be made of thermoplastic materials (ABS, PP, PA, etc.) that are sufficiently tough at sub-zero temperatures. 10th
