   Der Messerkopf und der Massieransatz können in der nutenförmigen Führung 9 leicht gegeneinander ausgewechselt werden. Stehen sich beim Aufschieben eines Ansatzes das freie Ende des Schwinghebels 5 und die Aussparung 20 des Hebels 16 oder die in der Messerplatte 6 vorgesehene Aussparung nicht gegenüber, so braucht man nur den Motor einzuschalten, worauf beim Andrücken des Ansatzes gegen den Getriebekasten beide Teile ohne weiteres in Eingriff kommen. 



   Die Zahl der am Gebtriebekasten auswechselbaren Ansätze kann beliebig vermehrt werden. 



  Diese können auch für andere Zwecke bestimmt sein als zum Haarschneiden und Massieren. In der Regel werden zum   1raarschneiden   mehrere auswechselbare Messerköpfe mit verschiedenen Schnittlänge benutzt. An Stelle des Massiertellers 18 kann in die Gewindebohrung des Hebels 16 auch ein anderer Teil eingesetzt werden, z. B. ein ball-'oder saugnapfförmiger Gummikörper mit entsprechendem Gewindeschaft. Es kann auch ein nicht zum Massieren bestimmter Teil eingesetzt werden, z. B. ein Polierkörper.
