   Das   Hauptpatent Nr.   103680 betrifft eine Steckvorrichtung, bei welcher die Steckkontaktteile in Gummi einvulkanisiert sind. Die Vorschriften in verschiedenen Ländern verlangen jedoch, dass der

 Weichgummi als Träger spannungsführender Teile im Sinne der Vorschriften nicht zulässig ist. Die in dem Hauptpatent beschriebene Steckvorrichtung ist daher, weil sie den Vorschriften nicht entspricht, in manchen Ländern unzulässig und nicht vertriebsfähig. Werden jedoch die Kontaktteile in wärmebeständigem hartem Isolierstoff angebracht, so wie dies bei den gewöhnlichen Steckern der Fall ist, dann fallen alle Vorteile des Erfindungsgegenstandes fort.

   Um die Vorteile des Erfindungsgegenstandes aufrechtzuerhalten und dabei trotzdem den Vorschriften Genüge zu tun, werden erfindungsgemäss die Kontaktteile zunächst mit entsprechend   wärmebeständigem   Material umgeben und sodann erst in Weichgummi eingebettet. Bei Steckern ist dies z. B. dadurch möglich, dass über die Steckerstifte kleine Röhrchen aus

 kanisiert werden. Die die Kontaktteile umhüllenden Teile aus wärmebeständigem Material hängen untereinander nicht zusammen, sondern umgeben einzeln die Kontaktteile. Hiedurch wird erreicht, dass die Kontaktteile gegeneinander elastisch sind, was zur Erreichung eines guten Kontaktdruckes im eingeschalteten Zustande von Vorteil ist.
