Steckvorlichtung mit konzentrischen Kontaktteilen.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Steckvorrichtungen mit konzentrisch angeordneten Kontaktteilen und hat eine Anordnung zum Gegenstand, durch welche ein Berühren spannungsführender Teile durch die Hand beim E'nführen des Steckers unmöglich gemacht wird und welche ausserdem einen Schutz gegen das Auftreten von Lichtbogen an den Unterbrechungsstellen beim Ziehen des Steckers gewährt.
Die Erfindung besteht in einer Steckvorrichtung, bei der Dose und Stecker mit ineinandergreifenden Schutzkragen versehen sind, welche die Kontakthülsen und Stifte umgeben.
In der Fig. 1 ist die Steckvorrichtung in eingeschaltetem Zustand dargestellt.

Fig. 2 zeigt die Steckvorrichtung in ausgeschaltetem Zustand, u. zw. in einer Stellung, bei welcher die Kontaktteile sich in ganz geringem Abstand voneinander befinden. Hiebei ist die innerhalb des Kragens ifreiliegende blanke Kontakthülse h des Steckers von dem Kragen ides Steckers und dem Aussenkragen e der Dose soweit abgedeckt, dass ein Berühren dieses Teiles mit den Fingern unmöglich ist. Der Innenkragen der Dose dient vornehmlich als Schutz gegen Lichtbogenbildung zwischen den Kontakthülsen bund c und ist deswegen besonders lang gehalten. Zweckmässig ist der Innenkragen so lang, dass seine Stirnfläche zum mindesten nicht tiefer liegt, als diejenige des Aussenkragens.
Für höhere Spannungen kann er aber beträchtlich über den Aussenkragen hinausragen, waS der Hohlraum des Steckers ohne weiteres zulässt.
Der äussere Kragen der Dose kann auch an der Kappe oder der üblichen Deckplatte der Dose angeordnet sein.
Abgesehen vom Schutz gegen Berührungsgefahr spannungsführender Teile hat die beschriebene Steckvorrichtung den Vorteil dass sie zum Abschalten grösserer Leistungen geeignet gemacht werden kann.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Steckvorrichtung mit konzentrischen Kontaktteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Dose und Stecker mit ine'nandergreifenden, die Eontakthülsen und Stifte umgebenden Schutzkragen versehen sind, die sowohl Schutz gegen Berühren spannungsführender Teile beim Einführen des Steckers in die Dose als auch Schutz gegen Lichtbogenbildung an den Unterbrechungsstellen beim Herausziehen des Steckers herbeiführen.

The invention relates to plug-in devices with concentrically arranged contact parts and has as its subject an arrangement which makes it impossible to touch live parts by hand when inserting the plug and which also provides protection against the occurrence of arcs at the interruption points when pulling of the plug.
The invention consists in a plug-in device in which the socket and plug are provided with interlocking protective collars which surround the contact sleeves and pins.
In Fig. 1, the connector is shown in the switched-on state.

Outer collar e overlaps the can. The inner collar of the socket protrudes deep into the outer contact sleeve h of the plug.
Fig. 2 shows the connector in the switched off state, u. zw. In a position in which the contact parts are at a very small distance from each other. The bare contact sleeve h of the plug, which is exposed within the collar, is covered by the collar of the plug and the outer collar e of the socket to such an extent that it is impossible to touch this part with the fingers. The inner collar of the can serves primarily as protection against arcing between the contact sleeves collar c and is therefore kept particularly long. The inner collar is expediently long enough that its end face is at least not lower than that of the outer collar.
For higher voltages, however, it can protrude considerably beyond the outer collar, which the cavity of the plug easily allows.
The outer collar of the can can also be arranged on the cap or the usual cover plate of the can.
Apart from the protection against the risk of contact with live parts, the plug-in device described has the advantage that it can be made suitable for switching off larger powers.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Plug device with concentric contact parts, characterized in that the socket and plug are provided with interlocking protective collars surrounding the Eontakthülsen and pins, which both protect against touching live parts when inserting the plug into the socket and protect against arcing at the interruption points when pulling out the plug.
