Verschluss aus Deckel und Befestigungsring für Gefässe mit Ausgüssen.
Die bisher bekannten, aus einem Deckel und Sicherungsring bestehenden Gefässverschlüsse sind nur für Gefässe mit einem regelmässigen runden oder mehrkantigen Mündungsrand bestimmt. Den
Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet dagegen ein Verschluss, der für Gefässe mit Ausgüssen am Mündungsrand verwendet wird.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Verschlusses nach der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen je eine Stirnansicht, Fig. 3 stellt eine Draufsicht und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch den Sicherungsring dar.
Der Mündungsrand des Gefässes 1 ist mit einem Ausgussschnabel 2 versehen ; der Deckel 3 ist dem Mündungsrand derart angepasst, dass er die Mündung mit dem Schnabel 2 vollständig abschliesst.
Zwischen dem Deckel 3 und dem Mündungsrand 1 ist ein Dichtungsring aus Gummi od. dgl. eingelegt.
Der Sicherungsring 4 weist, wie üblich, eine Zunge 5 auf, die nach Ansetzen des Ringes durch den Ausschnitt 6 durchgezogen und abgezogen wird, wodurch der Ring angezogen wird. Erfindungsgemäss hat der Ring 4 einen Ausschnitt (Fig. 1), dessen Form so gewählt ist, dass der Ausguss 2 freien Durchgang hat. Der Befestigungsring 4 kann die ursprüngliche, durch die Erzeugung bedingte Kreisform beibehalten, und schmiegt sich trotz des vorspringenden Ausgusses der Gefässmündung an. Der Deckel 3 wird durch den Befestigungsring 4 fest an die ganze Mündung, also auch an den Ausguss 2, gedrückt, da er aus einem Stück gepresst und sowohl der untere als auch der obere ringförmige Versteifungsrand 7 des Ringes 4 (Fig. 1 und 4) durch den Ausschnitt nicht unterbrochen wird.
Wenn das Gefäss mehrere Ausgüsse hat, erhält der Ring 4 eine entsprechende Anzahl Ausschnitte. Die im stumpfen Winkel von mehr als 90 umgebörtelten Ränder des Befestigungsringes 4 ermöglichen dessen leichtes Aufsetzen und festes Anziehen. (Der stumpfe Winkel besteht zwischen dem zylindrischen Teil des Befestigungsringes 4 und seinen umgebörtelten Rändern. ) Die Konizität der Ränder 7 des Befestigungsringes 4 hat zur Folge, dass der Deckel um so viel fester an die Mündung gepresst wird, als der Befestigungsring zusammengezogen wird.

In contrast, the subject matter of the invention is a closure which is used for vessels with spouts at the mouth edge.
An embodiment of the closure according to the invention is shown in the drawing.

The mouth edge of the vessel 1 is provided with a pouring spout 2; the lid 3 is adapted to the edge of the mouth in such a way that it completely closes the mouth with the beak 2.
A sealing ring made of rubber or the like is inserted between the cover 3 and the mouth rim 1.
The locking ring 4 has, as usual, a tongue 5 which, after the ring has been attached, is pulled through the cutout 6 and pulled off, whereby the ring is tightened. According to the invention, the ring 4 has a cutout (FIG. 1), the shape of which is selected so that the spout 2 has a free passage. The fastening ring 4 can retain the original circular shape caused by the creation and, despite the protruding spout, clings to the mouth of the vessel. The cover 3 is pressed firmly against the entire mouth by the fastening ring 4, i.e. also against the spout 2, since it is pressed from one piece and both the lower and the upper annular stiffening edge 7 of the ring 4 (Figs. 1 and 4) is not interrupted by the cutout.
If the vessel has several spouts, the ring 4 has a corresponding number of cutouts. The edges of the fastening ring 4, which are crimped at an obtuse angle of more than 90, enable it to be easily placed and tightened. (The obtuse angle exists between the cylindrical part of the fastening ring 4 and its crimped edges.) The conicity of the edges 7 of the fastening ring 4 has the consequence that the cover is pressed much more firmly against the mouth than the fastening ring is pulled together.
