  Gefäss mit Verschlussdeckel aus Kunststoff
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gefäss mit Verschlussdeckel aus Kunststoff, der mittels Form- und Reibungsschluss in der Verschlussstellung auf dem Rand des Gefässes aufgesetzt und gehalten ist. Durch die Erfindung soll ein Gefäss mit Verschlussdeckel geschaffen werden, wobei der Deckel leicht auf das Gefäss aufgesetzt werden kann und ohne Schwierigkeiten wieder abnehmbar ist und wobei ferner ein auf einfache Weise   flüssigkeitsdichter Verschluss    gegen Eindringen von Flüssigkeit in das Gefäss und ebenso gegen Austritt von Flüssigkeit aus dem Gefäss erreicht ist.



   Das erfindungsgemässe Gefäss mit Verschlussdeckel aus Kunststoff kennzeichnet sich darin, dass der Gefässrand und der Rand des Deckels, der über den Gefässrand gestülpt wird, in gleicher Weise gewölbt ausgeführt sind und dass die äussere Randzone des Deckels die äussere Randzone des Gefässes hintergreift, derart, dass ein dichter Verschluss gewährleistet ist.



   Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in der Zeichung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 den Deckel des Gefässes im Schnitt,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch das mit dem Deckel verschlossene Gefäss,
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf einen Teil des Deckels, bei dem im Bereich des Deckelrandes ein Ausgussansatz vorgesehen ist,
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie   W-IV    aus Fig. 3.



   Der Deckel des Gefässes besitzt einen ebenen, flachen Teil 1, welcher im Verschlusszustand unterhalb der Randebene des Gefässes liegt. An der Aussenzone des Deckels ist dieser mit einem Wulst 2 versehen, welcher im Querschnitt annähernd kreisförmig verläuft und dank der Ausbildung des Deckels aus Kunststoff eine gewisse Elastizität aufweist. Der Gefässrand 3 ist entsprechend gewölbt ausgeführt. Der Deckel wird über diesen Gefässrand 3 gestülpt, wobei die äussere Randzone 4 des Deckels die äussere Randzone 5 des Gefässes hintergreift, so dass ein dichter Verchluss in beiden Richtungen gewährleistet ist. Da diese Randzone 4 des Deckels eine gewisse Elastizität aufweist, kann dieser ohne Schwierigkeiten von dem Gefässrand aufgedrückt oder wieder abgenommen werden.



   Der Innenteil 1 des Deckels ist gegenüber der Aussenwulst 2 herabgezogen und hat eine annähernd lotrechte Randzone 6, welche sich mit Spannung an die entsprechende Zone der Innenwand 7 des Gefässes anlegt.



   Wie aus der Zeichung ersichtlich ist, hat der Verschlussdeckel Tellerform, derart, dass er als Untersetzer für Blumentöpfe od. dgl. verwendbar ist. Zur besseren Standfestigkeit des Deckels kann dieser auf seiner Unterseite noch mit einer Aufsetzwulst 8 versehen sein.



   Wie aus den Fig. 3 und 4 ersichtlich ist, kann der Deckel auch mit einem Ausgussansatz versehen sein.



  Dieser Ansatz liegt in der Nähe des Gefässrandes und hat einen etwa zylindrischen Kragen 9, dessen Rand gewulstet und gewölbt ist. Auf diesem Kragenrand wird der Hilfsdeckel 10 aufgesetzt, der eine ähnliche Verschlussart aufweist wie der Hauptdeckel des Gefässes selbst und somit ein sicherer Verschluss ebenfalls gegeben ist. Der Hilfsdeckel 10 ist zweckmässig mit einem flexiblen Teil 11 an der äusseren Randzone 4 des Hauptdeckels befestigt. Am Hilfsdeckel 10 selbst kann noch ein Lappen 12 als Handhabe vorgesehen sein, welche das Tragen des Hauptdeckels erleichtert.

   The inner part 1 of the lid is pulled down in relation to the outer bead 2 and has an approximately vertical edge zone 6, which is applied with tension to the corresponding zone of the inner wall 7 of the vessel.



   As can be seen from the drawing, the closure lid has a plate shape in such a way that it can be used as a saucer for flower pots or the like. To improve the stability of the cover, it can also be provided with a bead 8 on its underside.



   As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the lid can also be provided with a pouring attachment.



  This approach is near the edge of the vessel and has an approximately cylindrical collar 9, the edge of which is bulged and arched. The auxiliary lid 10, which has a similar type of closure as the main lid of the vessel itself and thus also provides a secure closure, is placed on this collar edge. The auxiliary cover 10 is expediently attached to the outer edge zone 4 of the main cover with a flexible part 11.
