Werkzeug zum Aufhacken und Wegschaben von Schnee-und Eiskrusten auf Gehsteigen od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug, welches zum Aufhacken und Wegschaben von Schneeund Eiskrusten auf Gehsteigen, Strassen u. dgl. dient. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein Aufhack-und ein Schabwerkzeug vereinigt sind, derart, dass man bei lotrechter Haltung des Stieles das Hackwerkzeug und bei entsprechender Neigung das Sehabwerkzeug benutzen kann.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 das Werkzeug im Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 in Draufsicht.
Die Hülse 1, womit das Werkzeug auf den Stiel aufgesteckt wird, trägt an ihrem freien Ende an diametral gegenüberliegenden Stellen je eine Lasche la, lb, welche den Träger zweier Werkzeuge bilden und vorne noch durch Distanzbolzen 2 miteinander verschraubt sind, so dass der Werkzeugträger die nötige Festigkeit besitzt. Zwischen der Lasche la und den Distanzbolzen 2 ist ein vorteilhaft aus elastischem Stahlblech bestehendes Hackwerkzeug 3 und unter der Lasche lb ein mit einem rechten Befestigungswinkel 4 versehenes Schabwerkzeug 5 festgeschraubt.
Die beiden Werkzeuge 3, J stehen im rechten Winkel zueinander, so dass bei lotrechter Haltung des Stieles das Hackwerkzeug 3 und bei schräg gehaltenem Stiel das Schabwerkzeug J benutzt werden kann, ohne dass das gerade nicht benutzte Werkzeug dem andern hinderlich wäre.
Die beiden Werkzeuge 3, 5 können bei einem Schadhaftwerden durch Abschrauben der Muttern 6 oder der in den Distanzbolzen 2 sitzenden Befestigungsschrauben 7 leicht durch ein neues Werkzeug ersetzt werden. Da die abgeschraubten Werkzeuge ganz einfache Platten bilden, sind sie billig in der Herstellung.
Bei Benutzung des Sehabwerkzeuges wird bei entsprechend schräger Haltung des Stieles gleichzeitig das Hackwerkzeug durch Reibung an den Pflastersteinen selbsttätig geschärft.
Das Werkzeug kommt billiger zu stehen als zwei Einzelwerkzeuge und hat überdies auch den Vorteil, dass man beide Werkzeuge immer sofort zum Gebrauch bei der Hand hat.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Werkzeug zum Aufhacken und Wegschaben von Schnee-und Eiskrusten auf Gehsteigen usw., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Aufhack- (3) und ein Sehabwerkzeug (5) vereinigt sind, derart, dass man bei vertikaler Haltung des Stieles das Hackwerkzeug und bei entsprechender Neigung desselben das Sehabwerkzeug benutzen kann.

The invention relates to a tool which is used for chopping up and scraping away snow and ice crusts on sidewalks, streets and the like. Like. Serves. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that a chopping and a scraping tool are combined in such a way that the chopping tool can be used when the handle is held vertically and the scraping tool can be used with a corresponding inclination.

The sleeve 1, with which the tool is attached to the handle, carries at its free end at diametrically opposite points a tab la, lb, which form the carrier of two tools and are screwed together at the front by spacer bolts 2 so that the tool carrier the has the necessary strength. A chopping tool 3, which is advantageously made of elastic sheet steel, is screwed tightly between the tab 1 a and the spacer bolts 2, and a scraping tool 5 provided with a right-hand mounting bracket 4 is screwed under the tab 1 b.
The two tools 3, J are at right angles to each other, so that when the handle is held vertically, the chopping tool 3 and when the handle is held at an angle, the scraping tool J can be used without the tool that is currently being used being a hindrance to the other.
The two tools 3, 5 can easily be replaced by a new tool if they become damaged by unscrewing the nuts 6 or the fastening screws 7 located in the spacer bolts 2. Since the unscrewed tools form very simple plates, they are cheap to manufacture.
When using the sight tool, if the handle is held at an angle, the chopping tool is automatically sharpened by friction on the paving stones.
The tool is cheaper than two individual tools and also has the advantage that you always have both tools at hand for immediate use.
