Reinforcement for continuous, laced reinforced concrete columns in multi-storey buildings.
It is essential that when reinforcing continuous reinforced concrete columns in multi-storey buildings, both the continuity of the longitudinal reinforcement is maintained and the constriction at the joints between the longitudinal bars can be carried away without bulging. According to the invention, this is achieved by a special arrangement of the butt plates for the longitudinal bars and the spacers.
In the drawing, some embodiments of the butt joints of the longitudinal bars according to the invention are shown diagrammatically.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the longitudinal reinforcement bars a are connected to angle iron b by welding in such a way that the joints of the longitudinal reinforcement bars are bridged. The angle irons b, which act as butt plates, are stiffened by flat irons c and thus also act as spacers. The constriction is denoted by cl. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the longitudinal reinforcing bars a likewise have an angular profile. Two adjacent longitudinal reinforcement bars are connected with a U-iron e in such a way that the joints of these longitudinal reinforcement bars are covered. The U-irons are connected with angle irons f to maintain a distance, whereby these angle irons can also serve as supports for the joists.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, round bars q are used as longitudinal bars. Angle irons b are used as butt plates, which are held at the desired distance by flat irons c. By using lining plates h it is possible to adapt the reinforcement to the desired taper of a column. The embodiment according to FIG. 4 shows the use of round bars as longitudinal irons. U-irons e as butt plates, angle irons f for keeping the distance and sheet metal neck lining sheets.
The longitudinal reinforcement rods g with a round cross-section according to the embodiment according to FIG. 5 are covered at their joints by pipe segments i, flat irons k being arranged. to keep these pipe segments and thus the longitudinal reinforcement bars at the desired distance from one another.
In all of these embodiments, the butt straps according to the invention are welded to the inside of the longitudinal irons in such a way that the constriction can also be wound unhindered on the abutment points of the longitudinal irons.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Reinforcement for continuous. Constricted reinforced concrete columns of multi-storey buildings, characterized in that the rigid, constricted longitudinal irons (a) are connected to one another at the joints by butt straps welded on their inside and stiffened by cross struts so that the constriction at the joints can be led away unhindered without bulging.
