Zentralschmiervorrichtung.

Central lubrication device.
The invention relates to centralized lubrication devices that supply certain, delimited quantities of lubricant to the connected lubrication points each time they are operated, u. betw. by means of one or more Forderstemp.'l, which are well fitted into a cylinder bore and which overflow a suction opening during the pressure stroke, through which the oil from the oil container can enter the pump, and then in the further course of the stroke the cylinder working ram completed
EMI1.1
When the lubrication device is at a standstill, the stamp can now also be in the raised position in such devices,
so that the suction channel is open and there is a connection between the lubrication line via the working space of the cylinder and the oil container which is only closed by the non-return valve. However, experience has shown that check valves of the type under consideration here are not so tight that they provide a secure seal over a long period of time.
Therefore, during the downtime with the piston raised, the lubrication line usually loses the lubricating oil either towards the lubrication point if there is no counterpressure at this, or the oil migrates out of the Sehmierl itung via the working space of the cylinder and the under the effect of the pressure from the lubrication point Suction channel back into the oil container. Both cases are a source of significant disruption and uncertainty.
The device forming the subject of the invention eliminates this problem by holding the delivery rams by a special device in the dead position that is before the start of the suction stroke, so that each pump ram always keeps its suction opening closed. This means that the lubricating oil cannot escape from the lubricating line into the oil reservoir via the pump element.
According to the invention, the pressure channel can also be in the aforementioned dead position during the
Rest position of the lubrication device can be completed by sliding over the pump piston, whereby the security against backflow of the oil from a pressurized lubrication point is still significantly increased.
According to the invention, the pump element is also designed in such a way that a plurality of suction channels at different axial distances from the aforementioned dead position of the punch in one rotation

The invention is shown in several embodiments, u. FIG. 1 shows a lubricating device with a manual drive in the rest position; 2 shows a similar lubricating device with a compressed air drive in the rest position, with a step-shaped quantity regulation of the pump element also being provided; 3 and 4 show a Schmirrvorriehtung with many pump

Opening 5 is released, with lubricating oil from the pipe 6 and the container 1. During the pressure stroke, which takes place under the action of the tension of the spring 10, the piston 3 first slides over the suction opening and the lubricating oil closed under it is at its further thawing movement through the pressure channel 7 via the check valve-S into the lubrication line 9.
The spring 10 now has the effect that when the device is at a standstill, oil cannot flow back via the leaks in the non-return valve S to the suction channel and into the oil container 1. It holds the stamp in the rest position. 3 always firmly in its left dead position, so that the suction channel 5 is covered by it. In this position, the plunger can also close off the pressure channel 7 with its end face, so that double security is provided against the oil flowing back from the lubrication line 9 into the oil container 7.
Fig. 2 shows a similar lubricating device, in which, however, the hand love drive by a pressure medium drive, for. B. is replaced by a compressed air drive. This consists of a cylinder 11 attached to the oil tank 1 with a piston 12, under which a pressure medium, e.g. B. compressed air is passed. The piston 12 is raised under the influence of the pressure medium.
The spindle 14 attached to the piston also moves the lever 15 upwards against the tension of the spring 16, which passes through the mouth 7S of the piston. 3 engaging thumbs 17

During the rest position, that is, while no pressure medium is passed through the line 13 under the piston 12, the spring 16 holds the piston through the lever 73. 3 always in the drawn dead position in which the suction channel 5 is closed. At the same time, however, the pressure channel 7 is also closed, because it extends laterally

the channel 5 is covered. In the rest position, therefore, double security against the backflow of the oil from the line 9 into the oil container 1 is given.
In order to regulate the amount of fluid that is conveyed into line 9 by piston -3 each time it is actuated, cylinder body 2 is rotatably fitted into housing 1 of the lubricating device by means of a conical sealing surface and carries a regulating head 19. which allows rotation about its axis, but the recess 20, into which the pressure channel 7 opens, always remains connected to the channel 21.
Furthermore, several suction channels (for example, two suction channels 5 and 5 'are indicated in FIG. 2) are drilled through the wall of the cylinder body 2, the openings of which into the interior of the cylinder are located at different distances a, a' from the bottom of the cylinder bore. The mouths m m 'to the outside, through which the connection with the oil tank or with the inlet channel 6 is established, are probably located at different points on the circumference of the conical fitting surface which delimits the cylinder; however, they are all in the

At the same time, the channel 28 is then also brought into connection with the open air through the opening 29 and the pressure medium that loads on the piston 22 can escape into the open. The access of the pressure medium to the piston 23 causes a displacement of the two pistons 22

If the handle 25 is released again, the weak spring 30 pulls the lever 25 back into the fully drawn position of rest, whereby a switchover of the cock 24 and a renewed loading of the piston 2: 2 by the pressure medium is caused, while that behind the piston 2 3 located pressure medium flows through the channel 27 and the opening 29 to the outside. As can be seen, the correct function of the lubricating device is achieved with the aid of the device described with the aid of a weak spring when using a suitable pressure medium.
