   Gemüsehobel mit in Nuten des Hobelgestelles verschiebbarer Messerplatte sind bereits bekannt. 



  Um bei solchen Hobeln ohne Betätigung irgendwelcher   Verstelleinriehtungen   (Schrauben oder Bolzen), also auf die einfachste Weise die   Schnittstärke   zu verändern, werden gemäss der Erfindung zwei oder mehrere, in die Nuten des Hobelgestelles einschiebbare Messerplatten verwendet, deren Falzleisten in verschiedenen Lagen zur Messerplatte angeordnet sind. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. In Fig. 1 ist das Führungsstück a mit den beiden Nuten c,   c1   und der Arm der   Anscllraubvorrichtung b,   sowie die Hülse zur Aufnahme des Schnittgutes mit dem Griff des Vierkantholzes zum   Herabdrücken   des Schnittgutes dargestellt.
