  Parkettfussbodenplatte.

  Parquet floor plate.

Parquet floor panels, consisting of an artificial stone panel clad with wood, are known in various embodiments. The purpose of the artificial stone plate is to have a sound-absorbing and insulating effect against rising damp. In these floor panels, dovetail-shaped grooves are usually arranged on the underside of the wooden panel, into which the mass of the artificial stone panel engages. The wood cladding must therefore have a certain thickness in order to be able to incorporate these grooves.

According to the invention, thin parquet wood boards are used which are glued to the sub-panel made of a synthetic wood-like mass by means of a casein or bitumen binder. Synthetic wood-like mass is understood to mean a mass consisting of sawdust, planes, wood wool, cork sticks, asbestos, fibrous materials and similar materials, held together by appropriate binders, in particular of a mineral type. Such a floor panel composed according to the invention has the advantage that it is sound-absorbing, heat-insulating and almost non-combustible. By using a binding agent made from casein or bitumen preparations, the parquet floor panel is also permanently extremely resistant to moisture and heat.

The drawing shows the parquet floor panel according to the invention. FIG. 1 is the front view of the panel and FIG. 2 is a cross section through the panel according to 11-11 of FIG.

The parquet floor board consists of thin parquet wood boards 1, which are attached to the base 2 in the manner indicated; the base 8 is formed from planes, sawdust, wood wool, cork residues, asbestos, fibrous materials or - uhmichem material, which are connected to one another by an incombustible binding agent. This layer 2 is made in the form of plates; the small boards 1 are glued onto these plates by means of a binding agent made from casein or bitumen preparations.

If these Mdnolithplatten directly on a continuous surface, such as. B. a concrete ceiling to be laid, this is done in the same way as with any other paving.
