<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Fig. 3 lässt das Profil des Halters erkennen.

Device for removing a single wire from a wire bundle (1l.
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
With 10 a holder is designated, which rotates on a shaft 11 and is suitable for receiving a bundle of wires. A pick-up 12 cooperates with this holder and is provided with a recess 13 (FIG. 3) in which only a single wire can lie in the longitudinal direction. The recess 13 is connected to a vacuum line 15 via an opening 14. The transducer is rotatable about a shaft 16 which is pierced to form a connection between the line 15 and the channel 17 which is in communication with a vacuum. The pickup 12 is attached to a toothed segment 18 which can be set in motion by a toothed rack 19.
The shaft 16 is provided with a recess 20 which has such a shape that the line 15 is in communication with the vacuum between the positions A and B of the transducer, but is closed from it from B to the position 0.
The holder 10 and the pickup 12 cooperate as follows. In the normal position, as shown in FIG. 2, the holder 10 is vertical. The holder can be brought into the position illustrated in FIG. 1 by turning it by 90. 3 shows the profile of the holder.
It can be seen that the profile of the holder has a V-shaped part in which the wire bundle comes to rest in the horizontal position of the holder (FIG. 3). The channel-shaped part of this holder (indicated by arrow 21) is arranged in the interacting position of the holder and the transducer approximately in the extension of the recess 13 of the transducer. As a result, one of the lowest wires in the holder 10 comes to rest in the recess 13 and is held there by the suction force exerted as a result of the connection of the line 15 of the holder to the vacuum. If the pickup 12 now moves from position A in the direction towards C, the wire is removed from the bundle.
Although the connection to the vacuum is already interrupted in position B of the holder, the wire does not immediately fall out of the receiver because the pressure in the channel 15 is still lower than atmospheric pressure due to closure. So that the wire is now removed from the holder in position 0, a cam 22 is provided against which the wire hits when the holder reaches this position and by which it is lifted out of the receiver. When the wire is lifted, air then flows into the channel 15, so that the atmospheric pressure is established in the same and the wire is released.
The movement of the holder 10 ensures that the wires are always pressed together into the V-shaped channel 21 of the same. When moving into the horizontal position, the wires are thrown with the resulting living force into the channel 21 and experience a slight displacement in the longitudinal direction (Fig. 1), which is canceled when the holder is brought back into the vertical position becomes.
