Saugvorrichtung an Trockenmaschinen, insbesondere an Walzenbügelmasclliuell.
Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung an Trockenmaschinen, besonders an Wäschebügelmaschinen, zum Absaugen von feuchter Luft und Dunst, der sich während des Trockenvorganges oberhalb des Heisszylinders und der Druckwalzen bildet.
Bei dieser Vorrichtung ist erfindungsgemäss ein feststehender Saugkanal nur teilweise über die Druckwalzen der ganzen Maschinenbreite nach in der entsprechenden Höhenlage angeordnet und sind anschliessend an beiden Längsseiten der Maschine zusammenlegbare. haubenbildende Erweiterungen aus Tuch od. dgl. vorgesehen, die einerseits bis über die erste, anderseits bis über die letzte Druckwalze und je bis über die nachfolgenden geführt werden.
Diese Einrichtung bietet gegenüber den bisher verwendeten geschlossenen Saugkasten, die sich über sämtliche Druckwalzen erstreckten und daher heb-, senk-und verschiebbar waren, den Vorteil, dass einerseits infolge der stabilen Anordnnng des Saugkanales eine vollständig dichte Anschlussverbindung des letzteren mit der Saugleitung gegeben ist, anderseits die freie Zugängigkeit zu sämtlichen Druckwalzen zum Zwecke der Bewickelung bzw. Adjustierung derselben jederzeit in einfachster Weise durch Auflegen der haubenbildenden Dunstfangtücher auf dem Saugkanale möglich ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit der Vorrichtung.
Der Saugkasten a ist an seinen beiden Längsseiten b mit Fassonschienen c versehen und wird durch diese auf die an die Hauptständer d befestigten Stützen e in entsprechender Höhenlage befestigt.
Der Boden t de3 Kastens ist siebartig gelocht, um eine gleichmässige Saugwirkung unterhalb der ganzen Bodenfläche zu erzielen. Die Löcher selbst sind nach innen aufgebörtelt, so dass während der Arbeitsperiode die vom eingesaugten Dunst im Innern des Saugkastens seitlich desselben niederschlagenden Wassertropfen zwar am Boden sich ansammeln, aber am Austritt aus den Löchern durch die Umbörtelung verhindert sind ; diese Wassertropfen verdampfen wieder im Innern des Kastens, da der Boden durch die aufsteigende Wärme erhitzt wird.
An beiden Längsseiten b des Saugkanals sind an den Fassonschienen c Dunstfangtücher h angeschlossen. Damit diese Tücher die Form einer Haube erhalten, sind links und rechts in den Stützen e Ausladea, rme i vorgesehen, in welchen die Tuchtragstangen i und i1 abnehmbar gelagert sind.
Diese Tücher h sind am oberen und unteren Ende mit eingelegten Rundstangen !, l1 ausgestattet zu dem Zwecke, um oben an der Anschlussseite eine gleichmässige Befestigung an den Fassonschienen c zu erzielen und die Tücher h straff gespannt zu halten.
Diese von den Tüchern h gebildeten Hauben werden einerseits bis über die erste Druckwalze nil. anderseits bis über die letzte Druckwalze 1n2 geführt.
Oberhalb des Saugkanals a sind links und rechts Tuchauflegehaken vorgeshen, auf welchen zum Zwecke des freien Zuganges zu den Druckwalzen die aufklappbaren Haubentücher h aufgelegt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Saugvorrichtung an Trockenmaschinen, insbesondere an Walzenbügelmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit einem Gitter versehene Saugkasten feststehend angeordnet ist und mit beweglichen (aufklappbaren) Seitenteilen versehen ist, um die Bügelwalzen od. dgl. zugänglich zu machen.

In this device, according to the invention, a stationary suction channel is only partially arranged over the pressure rollers along the entire width of the machine in the corresponding height position and can then be collapsed on both longitudinal sides of the machine.
