A wieder selbsttätig rückwärtsgeht.

Hydraulic sieve and felt regulator.
The subject of the invention is a hydraulic, automatic sieve and felt regulator for paper, cardboard and dewatering machines, which automatically regulates the course of the felt or sieve.
The controller is shown in the drawing in a partially sectioned side view.
When the screen or felt runs on the guide roller A, the edge of the felt exerts a pressure on the conical roller B, which pressure is transmitted to the cam B by the lever M. The upward movement of the cam B lifts the valves D and C simultaneously, which causes the outlet valve D to close and the inlet valve 0 to open. As a result, water flows through the groove in the valve F into the cylinder 0, through which the piston P with piston rod L is pushed forward.
The pressure of the piston rod L on the self-aligning bearing G also pushes the guide roller A forward, thereby bringing the felt into its normal position.
When the felt starts to run normally, it is removed from roll B, the opposite
EMI1.1
and the outlet valve D is opened. The water in cylinder 0 flows out through the outlet, piston P goes back and releases self-aligning bearing G, and the aforementioned process is repeated as required.
The bearing of the guide roller A located on the opposite side of the regulator must be rotatable around a vertical pin and have a locking and locking device in the direction of travel of the felt and must be set so that the felt has a slight tendency to run towards the regulator side .
With normal control of the felt, the adjusting bolt in bush H must be set so that the bolt head rests on the arm of the self-aligning bearing and prevents it from moving further forward.
By means of the adjusting bolt N at the support point of the self-aligning bearing G, the latter can be set so that the self-aligning bearing G with roller when the cylinder 0 is emptied. A goes backwards automatically.
The self-aligning bearing can be replaced by a roller bearing or a hanging bearing as required.
Instead of the water used here, the control mechanism can also be actuated by steam or the like.
When using this regulator, damage to the felt or sieve edges is excluded.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Hydraulic sieve and felt regulator, characterized in that a conical pressure roller (B) is arranged in front of the guide roller in such a way that the pressures and reliefs acting on it when the felt is skewed actuate a control mechanism that controls the guide roller (A), which is mounted oscillating on one side. more or less crooked by itself, which inevitably brings the felt back into its normal position.
