set works, a small part of the lead, instead of exiting through the left-hand channel u, will penetrate through the bore z; but since this amount of lead hits the stationary piston in one direction, it will continuously feed the inner curve of the siphon pipe bend through the right-hand channel u.
Since it seems impossible to maintain a constant temperature of up to a tenth of a degree in the lead receiving chamber and the lead can be more or less pliable, depending on the temperature, the two cylinders are not only more uniform, but also more or less wide pipe bends, each provided with an outlet valve (relief valve) b, which acts as follows:
When the right side piston is set, i. H. has been made immobile and the left-hand side continues to work, so that the pressure exerted drives an excess of lead through the feed bore z and the inner curve of the pipe to be produced is too wide, only the outlet valve b of the right-hand cylinder needs to be opened more or less ; Under the influence of the thrust of the piston on the left, the lead emerging through the feed bore will push back the piston on the right instead of up through the channel on the right, so that, as a result of the lack of lead supply through the channel on the right, the curve around it the missing amount will decrease.
The same phenomenon can of course be brought about by reversing the mode of action of the pistons or by pushing the right-hand piston forward and allowing the left-hand piston to step back.
Dip mode of operation of the distributor for the hydraulic pressure is a very simple one; the water released under pressure from a pump or an accumulator or some other device is supplied to the distributor through the pipe m (FIGS. 1 and 4) at a pressure of 150 to

Valve (s1) and closes the one that was previously open (s), the lead pipe will naturally bend towards the now closed side, and if both valves are opened equally. this eliminates any further bend and the pipe rises again in a vertical direction. To prevent the piston from continuing its advance, as a result of the expansion of the air parts always contained in the water, instead of suddenly standing still when necessary. the cylinder is relieved with the aid of valve b, which is attached directly to the pressure pipe leading from the distributor and leading to the cylinder. The lower pressure is through

The openings c will always remain free, since the piston t forces the excess lead to escape before it could escape through the opening d.
