Bisher erfolgte der Verschluss von Dosen. Büchsen, Schachteln usw. in der Weise, dass das Verschlussorgan (Feder, Drücker u. dgl.) an passender Stelle der Dose usw. mit mehreren Metallschrauben befestigt werden musste. Bei Massenartikeln fällt jede weitere Bohrung und jedes Eindrehen einer Mehrschraube erheblich ins Gewicht.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet nun ein Verschluss, der nur ein einziges Bohrloch erfordert, keine Schrauben benötigt und fast gar keine Montagezeit und-kosten bedingt.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt. d ist der Unterteil einer klappbaren Dose, e deren Oberteil. Der Unterteil d erhält eine Bohrung.
In dieses Bohrloch wird eine passende, stählerne, federnde Nadel b mit Kopf a eingebracht, eingedreht oder eingeklebt. Klappt der Oberteil c zu, so biegt sich die federnde Nadel etwas zurück. Sitzt der Oberteil e auf dem Unterteil d auf, so drückt sich der Kopf a der federnden Nadel b in eine passende Ausnehmung des Oberteiles o ein, wodurch dieser in der Schliesslage festgehalten ist. Das Öffnen der Dose erfordert nur einen leichten Zug am Ober-oder Unterteil der Dose. Statt der Ausnehmung des
Oberteiles genügt auch ein einfaches Aufrauhen der Verschlussstelle des Oberteiles.
Bei kleineren Dosen kann auch das Aufrauhen entfallen. Die blosse Federkraft genügt vollständig zur sicheren Herstellung des Verschlusses.
Selbstverständlich kann der Verschluss auch in der Weise ausgeführt werden, dass der federnde
Schliessknopf in einer Bohrung des Dosenoberteiles steckt und der passend geformte Unterteil die Funktion des Verschlusses erfüllt.
