Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Sicherung gegen Abgehen von Schraubenmuttern. In der Abbildung stellen Fig. 1, 2,3 und Fig. 4 eine solche bereits aufmontiert dar,
Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Sechskantkopf a mit Stift d (Fig. 1). a dient als Spannorgan für die Feder b und zur Führung der hierüber aufsteckbaren Hülse e, der Stift d ist einschraubbar in den Schraubenbolzen, jedoch mit einem dem Schraubengewinde der zu sichernden Mutter e und Bolzen f entgegengesetzten Gewinde versehen.
Als Vorteil wird der Umstand angeführt, dass durch Wahl des entgegengesetzten Gewindes am Stift d ein Mitdrehen des Stiftes bei Lockerung der Mutter hintangehalten wird bzw. gegenseitige Versteifung bewirkt, wodurch ein Abgehen der Mutter ganz ausgeschlossen erscheint.
Wird eine derart hergestellte Sicherung in Gebrauch genommen, so ist nur nötig, Hülse c mit Feder b mittels Zange, soweit es geht und notwendig ist, auf Spannorgan a zurückzuziehen, in dieser Stellung Stift d in Schraubenbolzen zu drehen und Hülse c loslassen, sobald deren Verzahnung in Kronverzahnung der Mutter passen. Die beabsichtigte Sicherung der Schraube ist somit erreicht.
Sicherungsgegenstand ist für alle Schraubengrössen herstellbar.
