Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schloss für Eisenbahnwagentüren u. dgl. mit schmalem Rahmen aus Metall oder sonstigem Material, das sich durch seine neuartige Anordnung für den Einbau in Türen mit dünnem Rahmen, also namentlich Metalltüre, besonders gut eignet.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Schlosses dargestellt, u. zw. ist Fig. 1 eine äussere, Fig. 2 eine innere Ansicht, Fig. 3 ein wagrechter Schnitt des Schlosses nach Linie -N der Fig. 1.
Die das Schloss aufnehmenden Hohlrahmen der Tür sind stets so schmal, dass es praktisch unmöglich ist, die Schliessfeder des Riegels 1, der fallenartig wirkt und gleitend im oberen Teil des Schlossgehäuses geführt ist, noch hinter dem Riegel anzuordnen. Gemäss der Erfindung und der Ausbildung
