Aussenliegendes Seitenschwert für Boote.
Die Erfindung betrifft aussenliegende Seitenschwerter, insbesondere für Segelboote, und besteht darin, dass das als schmale Längsfläche ausgebildete Schwert an bordwands drehbar gelagerten Parallellenkern, wovon einer mit Handhebel od. dgl. versehen ist, so aufgehängt ist, dass es in seiner Fläche zwangläufig bis zur oder über Bordhöhe parallel hochschwenkbar ist. Dadurch ist die betriebssichere und einfache Betätigung bzw. Führung insbesondere von gewölbten Schwertern ermöglicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Aufriss, Fig. 2 den Grundriss eines an zwei ganz oder annähernd zueinander parallelen Lenkern a aufgehängten, um die Achsen w parallel hochschwenkbaren Bootsschwertes s.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den Bootsrumpf und durch die Seitenschwerter in zwei verschiedenen Ausführungsarten. Links ist zur Schwertbetätigung auf der Welle w der Handhebel a1 und der Lenker a fest aufgekeilt, während rechts das Schwert s an einem zu einem Handhebel verlängerten Lenker drehbar befestigt ist.

The invention relates to external swords, in particular for sailing boats, and consists in the fact that the sword, designed as a narrow longitudinal surface, is suspended on parallel links rotatably mounted on the side wall, one of which is provided with a hand lever or the like, so that its surface is necessarily up to or can be swiveled up parallel to above shelf height. This enables reliable and simple actuation or guidance, in particular of curved swords.
Fig. 1 shows the front view, Fig. 2 shows the floor plan of a boat sword s which is suspended from two completely or approximately parallel arms a and can be swiveled up parallel about the axes w.
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the boat hull and the side swords in two different types. To the left, the hand lever a1 and the handlebar a are firmly wedged on the shaft w to operate the sword, while the sword s is rotatably attached to a handlebar lengthened to a hand lever on the right.
