Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schmiervorrichtung für die Bänder von Türen, Fenstern od. dgl., bei der das Schmiermittel selbsttätig aus einem Vorratsbehälter über einen Verteiler zur Schmierstelle gelangt. Der Erfindungsgegenstand unterscheidet sich von einer bekannten Ausführungsform dadurch, dass der Vorratsbehälter und der Verteiler aus einem einheitlichen, bolzenartigen Stücke bestehen, das mittels eines Flansches in der Bandhülse lose hängt und diese nach obenhin abschliesst.
Das Band besteht aus dem in den Türstock einzulassenden unteren Bandteil a, in dessen Hülse b der Bandzapfen c befestigt ist. Um den Bandzapfen drehbar ist die obere Bandhülse d samt ihrem im Türflügel zu befestigenden Bandteil e angeordnet. In dem vom Bandzapfen freien Raume der Hülse d ist der Ölbehälter l'eingesetzt. Er besteht aus einem zylindrischen Stück, das oben mit einer Ausbohrung g versehen ist, die zur Aufnahme des Schmiermittels dient und durch eine Verschlussschraube h abschliessbar ist, nach deren Abnahme die Nachfüllung von Schmiermaterial erfolgen kann. Aus der Ausbohrung g führen Kanäle i nach aussen, an die sich im Verteiler f angeordnete Schmiernuten k anschliessen, die das Schmiermittel dem Bandzapfen zuleiten.
Der Ölbehälter wird durch einen leicht entfernbaren Stift l in der Hülse d festgehalten. Auf dem Boden der Ausbohrung g und in der Fuge zwischen den Hülsen b und d ist zweckmässig ein saugfähiger Stoff m angeordnet.
Bei der Schmiervorrichtung nach der Erfindung ist der Ölbehälter mit dem Verteiler aus einem einheitlichen Stück hergestellt, das in die obere Bandhälfte eingehängt ist und gleichzeitig deren Ab- schluss bildet.

The invention relates to a lubricating device for the hinges of doors, windows or the like, in which the lubricant automatically reaches the lubrication point from a storage container via a distributor. The subject matter of the invention differs from a known embodiment in that the storage container and the distributor consist of a uniform, bolt-like piece that hangs loosely in the band sleeve by means of a flange and closes it off at the top.
The hinge consists of the lower hinge part a to be let into the door frame, in the sleeve b of which the hinge pin c is fastened. The upper hinge sleeve d together with its hinge part e to be fastened in the door leaf is arranged so as to be rotatable about the hinge pin. The oil container 1 'is inserted in the space in the sleeve d free from the hinge pin. It consists of a cylindrical piece which is provided with a bore g at the top, which is used to receive the lubricant and can be locked by a screw plug h, after which the lubricant can be refilled.
