Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una nueva cepa de microalgas que tiene el efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas y usos de la misma, y la nueva cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 según un aspecto tiene una tasa de crecimiento rápida y una alta eficiencia fotosintética cuando se cultiva en presencia de gases de escape de fermentación, por lo que los gases de escape debido a la fermentación microbiana pueden reducirse de manera eficiente, y cuando el cultivo o el sobrenadante del cultivo de la cepa se trata en las plantas, resulta un efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas y, por lo tanto, se puede usar como fertilizante para plantas y, por tanto, se puede utilizar de manera útil como una nueva tecnología de reducción de carbono que es respetuosa con el medio ambiente y tiene un alto uso industrial. Reivindicación 1: Una cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 que tiene el efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas, depositada con el número de Acceso KCTC14659BP. Reivindicación 2: Una composición para promover el crecimiento de las plantas, que comprende uno o más seleccionados del grupo formado por una cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 que tiene el efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas, depositada con el número de Acceso KCTC14659BP; cultivo o sobrenadante de cultivo de la cepa; concentrado del cultivo o sobrenadante del cultivo; una materia seca del cultivo, sobrenadante de cultivo o concentrado; y lisado de la materia seca. Reivindicación 3: Un fertilizante para plantas que comprende la composición para promover el crecimiento de plantas de la Reivindicación 2. Reivindicación 4: Un método para cultivar una cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002, que comprende cultivar una cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 que tiene el efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas, depositada con el número de Acceso KCTC14659BP en presencia de gas de escape de fermentación. Reivindicación 9: Un método para promover el crecimiento de las plantas, que comprende preparar una composición para promover el crecimiento de las plantas que comprende uno o más seleccionados del grupo formado por una cepa Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 que tiene el efecto de promover el crecimiento de las plantas, depositada con el número de Acceso KCTC14659BP; cultivo o sobrenadante de cultivo de la cepa; concentrado del cultivo o sobrenadante del cultivo; una materia seca del cultivo, sobrenadante de cultivo o concentrado; y lisado de la materia seca; y poner en contacto la composición con una planta para promover el crecimiento de la planta.
