Abstract
La invención proporciona constructos y moléculas de ADN recombinante, así como sus secuencias de nucleótidos, útiles para modular la expresión génica en plantas. La invención también proporciona plantas, células de plantas, partes de plantas y semillas transgénicas que comprenden moléculas de ADN recombinante unidas operativamente a moléculas de ADN transcribibles heterólogas. También se proporcionan métodos para el uso de constructos y moléculas de ADN recombinante y las plantas, células de plantas, partes de plantas y semillas transgénicas que comprenden los constructos y moléculas de ADN recombinante. Reivindicación 1: Una molécula de ADN recombinante que comprende una secuencia de ADN seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: a) una secuencia con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3; b) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3; y c) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3, en donde el fragmento tiene actividad reguladora de genes; en donde dicha secuencia está unida operativamente a una molécula de ADN transcribible heteróloga. Reivindicación 9: Una célula vegetal transgénica que comprende una molécula de ADN recombinante que comprende una secuencia seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: a) una secuencia con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3; b) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3; y c) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 3, en donde el fragmento tiene actividad reguladora de genes; en donde dicha secuencia está unida operativamente a una molécula de ADN transcribible heteróloga. Reivindicación 15: Un método para producir un producto básico que comprende obtener una planta transgénica o parte de la misma de acuerdo con la reivindicación 12 y producir el producto básico a partir de la misma. Reivindicación 17: Un método para expresar una molécula de ADN transcribible que comprende obtener una planta transgénica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 12 y cultivar la planta, en donde se expresa el ADN transcribible. Reivindicación 18: Un método de expresión preferencial de una molécula de ADN transcribible en tejido de raíz, que comprende: a) transformar una célula de planta con un vector que comprende un promotor con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 2 o un fragmento activo del mismo unido operativamente a una molécula de ADN transcribible heteróloga; e b) inducir a la célula a formar una planta.
